What To Expect

Make your way to the Conciergerie, one of Paris' most important monuments, located on the banks of the Seine River. Exchange your admission voucher for your ticket and proceed directly inside, past the waiting crowds.

Explore the monument at your own pace on a self-guided tour. Tour booklets are available in 11 languages, and will take you through the medieval Hall of the Soldiers, the Guards Room, and the kitchens built in the 14th century for King John the Good.

See the cell where Marie Antoinette was imprisoned, among cells that housed other famous prisoners during the French Revolution. Wander through Sainte-Chapelle to see the stained glass windows and the oldest public clock in Paris, which has been showing locals the time since 1371.

The most remarkable sites were Marie Antoinettes prison cell, however I was expecting to see the wax figure if her which is no longer there, but overall everything very well organized with Viator.

Never got tickets. Contacted Viator they said no refunds. SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES. I will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

The Concergerie was beautiful and informative. The history was moving and to see Marie Antoinette‘a cell and King Louis’s was somber and quite humbling . We loved the interactive iPad . I highly recommend .

Again, no need for skip the line in the middle of winter, but got us in. Fantastic architecture and interesting history. Also, right next door to Saint Chappelle and not far from Notre Dame, which was closed, but still worth seeing on the outside and found a really good souvenir stand nearby as well as a good restaurant with fondue and crepes.

Very interesting. In Paris it's a must to have the skip the line. It all depends on what time you go but it gets full quickly.

The Conciergerie was very interesting, but in the write up on what to expect by Viator, it said to enjoy St. Chapelle after going through the Conciergerie, so I thought that our ticket was to both. The writeup needs to make it clear that St.Chapelle requires a separate entry payment.

We enjoyed visiting the Conciergerie. I think it would be more interesting if there were more of the building open to visit and there were more historical pamphlets for the facility. There was not a line for skipping the day we visited but it was convenient to have the three skip the line vouchers for Notre Dame, Saints Chapelle and the Conciergerie to vist on the same day from our trip plan. We also visited the place de la Concorde afterwards which was a nice walk to tie it all together. We loved our trip to Paris and really appreciated all the options Viator offered.
