    • There is a mandatory security line for all the visitors due to security issue.
    • During the peak-season or weekend security line can be little longer than usual.
    • To make sure easy access start time can be moved 30 minutes Before or Ahead (you will be notifed via email).
    • Reduced mobility: The top and stair access are not accessible to people with reduced mobility or crutches, exclusively for security reasons, specifically in the event of an evacuation. We invite our clients for whom this is the case to opt for lift-access tickets to the second floor.
    • The top is not accessible for people with reduced mobility for security reasons, but all visitors with disabilities who have full mobility can access the top. Please note that you may have to wait for the lift to take you from the second floor to the top.
    • Its a self guided tour. Once you have the ticket(s) go straight to the "Visitors with Tickets" entrance and scan your tickets Bar code to gain access.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 39 travelers

        Go direct, can't find the vague meeting place.

        No signage or specific meeting point lead to missing the tour and purchasing our own tickets to get the experience. Please plan on arriving at least an hour before your time so you can play scavenger hunt to locate your tour operator.

        I bought these tickets despite so poor reviews but I chanced it and it paid off. We booked over a month in advanced and even then availability was limited so I booked these even though they were a little pricey (although cheaper than a lot of others). The whole experience was super easy and we had a great time. There is lots on social media about long queues but not for us. We joined the 'already have tickets' queue (having been advised to do this from a WhatsApp message received the day before containing the QR code tickets) and went through security no problem. We queued for 5-10mins for our slot and then went up in the lift to the second floor. It was busy and the queue for the summit lift was about 15mins but due to the volume of people. All in all a great experience to go all the way to the top so I would recommend this experience.

        Poor communication. We thought we had a guide since our time was changed from 7pm to 7:30 pm. No knowledge of where to enter Gate 1 or 2. Walked around the tower two times in a monsoon!

        SCAM: Paid to go to Summit (top) but it was closed. They gave refunds to those who purchased from them directly but purchases through Viator, Ha! They get to pocket that money, I suppose, cause I have not seen a refund after 48 hours.

        We went at 930 am and it was super easy and quick. Just go straight to the elevator line and you go up before all the tour groups

        The tour company was super accommodating in helping us through some scheduling problems. Our fault but this company helped us solve it. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

        We were able to easily get in and ride the lift up to the second level and then the top! Beautiful view and moved around easily enjoying our time there. Concluded on the firs level enjoying all the sights. Recommend going before 11:00 AM when it is less busy and the lift lines are shorter!

        The visit was fine. It is a beautiful site. The tickets were unclear about where we should line up and the site was under construction with the upcoming Olympics so that made things more challenging. Speaking specifically about Viator, they were quick to respond via email.

        The kids loved it. The gates open on the outside which you don’t need your tickets for - you can get under the tower and use the toilets for free.

        Booked this last minute when I couldn’t find other tickets to the tower and wasn’t sure what the lines would be to get tickets. Highly recommend going to the summit. Totally worth it. Believe this was double the cost of official tickets but came with the convenience of not waiting in line.

        Tickets were easy to use and instructions were very clear. We went fairly early so crowds weren’t that bad. The summit was closed for winds but we were fine just going to the second level. Weather was rainy for a bit but that couldn’t be helped. Viator more than delivered on their end of things.
