    The high price doesn’t match with the service given. The information given and reported was not corresponding with the reality. It was not a skip the line ticket!

    Not being able to get in the museum because I had no barcode or QR code. Had to buy my own tickets and stand in line for over 1 hour. Viator did not reach out to me in a timely matter. I couldn't contact them by phone or reach for help. Looking for reimbursement for tickets that cost me 90 euros. Company being irresponsible for a total reimbursement. should look into operator finding a remedy for this unfortunate circumstance.

    If you are traveling g during peak tourist season-highly recommend getting skip the line tickets. Lines are long and not guaranteed to get in. Go early and see more than just the famous paintings/sculptures. So much there and it will be an all day trip

    Lunch at the Ore café before our visit we purchased tickets included lunch and a skip the line entrance Cool to be taken after lunch thru a side door to enter the louvre nd by pass the line!

    We had a very lovely self-guided experience at the Louvre, which is an enormous museum. You need so much time and a few days for sure to visit it all. Truly a wonderful space for anyone to visit.
    This is a "must do" for anyone visiting Paris - but make dure you allow a minimum of 6 hours.

    Definitely recommend the timed entry ticket. We were able to get into the museum within 20 minutes. Tickets were sent on time with clear instructions.

    The most memorable part was the crowds, the lack of bathrooms deep inside the museum, and the awful “sortie” that took forever through the shopping mall! My first visit was in 1976. It is way too crowded and commercial now! Not worth it unless you are a hardcore art connoisseur!

    This is only an entry ticket but since we couldn’t get one on the louvre website for the day we wanted it was great. I highly recommend you take the metro to the louvre as it lets you off underground ar some shops and right at the entry line without ever going outside.

    The tickets, even though more expensive than on the official Louvre website, are real and good (you will receive the actual tickets later on whatsapp and/or email). Especially a good solution when you cannot find a timeslot on the official website but are already in Paris. Just a warning: for us it took some time to receive the tickets (~13 hours) even though it was less than 24h to the entry time. Perhaps that was because we made the purchase in the evening (and the tickets arrived only next morning). So, if you plan to buy in the evening and the tickets are for an early morning entrance, perhaps you need to call the tickets provider if the tickets are late (there is a phone number in the confirmation email from Viator).

    Worked fine. However if you book early can get same tickets on Louvre website for half the price. Not really a deal. Wish I knew before. Also had to send multiple emails and chats in order to actually get tickets emailed to me.

    We did skip the line tickets, which didn’t actually allow us to skip the line. We didn’t have to wait in line to buy tickets, but we waited half an hour in the ticket holders line — no priority.

    Wonderful experience. We pre selected the works we wanted to see based on a couple of « best of » lists, which made it fun and also a little less tiring. The early entry worked very efficiently.

    We did not download our tickets in advance and struggled to do so on-site due to the large number of visitors, resulting in very limited bandwidth. We finally made it happen. I would do it ahead of time in future! When you have timed entry you line up with the others who share your time slot. The biggest part of the slowdown is going through security but things moved along pretty well. Once in, there were areas we expected to be quite crowded, and they were. The collection, however, is quite spectacular. It was a pretty overwhelming experience, what with the crowds and the endless beautiful and/or important artwork there is to see. We hit a wall within about two and a half hours. You just can't see it all in one day. Or even one week.
