    The train ride to and from Lourdes was simplified by having someone book the tickets and guide us. The tour guide at Lourdes was very knowledgeable. We saw more than I expected.

    The tour is cancelled 6.17am on the tour day itself, whilst we were told that we would be picked up at 6am. So we waited for 17mins until we got an sms that it is cancelled Currently im waiting for the money to be refunded. Even if I receive the refund, I will not recommend to book Viator, as it can ruin your holiday.

    The Lourdes come for a day experience was fantastic. Every step of the way the guides helped me, and upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly face who took me to the sanctuary. The guy during the tour was so knowledgeable and joyful. What a remarkable place to visit and I’m so thankful that Viator offered me this opportunity. It’s a must to do.

    Great tour—We ended up being told we were flying instead of the train for the same price, which is much faster. Nathalie, our guide, was waiting for us at the airport and gave us a wonderful tour with great insight into the region in general and the stories of Bernadette and Lourdes.. The tour was super relaxed and tailored to our wants and needs. Merci Nathalie! Vous étiez fantastique.

    This private tour was a pilgrimage for us. Lourdes was amazing! The train ride to the countryside is beautiful and serene. Our wonderful guide Nathalie, showed us her town of Lourdes, where she has resided for many years. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Merci beaucoup Nathalie!

    They didnt pick us up. They told me I will be refunded but never happened. I am still waiting for the refund. Terrible experience.

    we never pick you up because you have yourself cancel this tour which is not normally not refundable. We have nevertheless accepted to refund a part of it and we always tell you that the refund will occur after the 27th of december. Check your mesage and you will see thtat we have approved a refund of 60% of the price.

    This tour was amazing since they pick us up from the hotel . They took us to the train then our tour guide was extraordinary very friendly,professional and kind. The only concern was about they don’t tell us how long will be the tour and I lost my second tour.

    Amazing tour. It was more of a reflection and prayer. the tour is very good, well-planned. we had an amazing guide and she made our visit as personalized as what we wished. Highly recommended if you are going to visit France
