Should be more organized

We saw everything we wanted to see but the tour went over three hours. We thought it was supposed to be two hours. We kept seeing the same sights. And we gave up on the earbuds because they kept repeating things when we were stuck in traffic.

Audio Recording Made No Sense…

Bus was on time for pick up and returned us to our end point on time but the audio was on a constant loop. We didn’t know which building the recording was referring. The bus arrived sometimes before and sometimes after the audio started so we were all confused.

It was great, but you need to know…

The app is not the best and not optimized to load the QR code without high speed data. It was a problem when we were getting on the bus. Without the QR code you can not ride. We could not change languages on one of the self guided tour device, nor could we turn it down. I finally gave up and stopped listening.

A Little Disappointing

The departures of four buses was well organized. Not their fault there was rain, but the commentary needs to be synchronized with the sites. That was completely off the entire time. Also, an update needs to be done. In particular the section about the now closed Lido.

Bad customer service

Rain storm came in an hour prior to scheduled tour that would continue through your time. It is not practical to sit in open bus in rain and we were unable to attend due to the storm. Operator is refusing refund. Will not even consider partial refund. This is NOT good customer service. And NOT the kind of company I’d recommend doing business with.

Good tour-just needs some work on a few things

The sound portion wasn’t working in some seats and the driver forgot to start it for a time at the beginning until someone went to tell him. Otherwise it was good. Watch sunset times…didn’t see a lot lighted up cuz it was not dark yet!!!!

The tour through the city was very informative. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is for the Audio. There were a few deal of seats that did not have proper working audio. As a result, they were just stuck sitting there not learning about the historical perspective of each tour stop .

The bus audio wasn’t working. The entire tour is a waste. The money spend was a waste. Half of the people in the bus audio wasn’t working. They should check there buses first because they totally ripped as off.

Different view of city

After a long day, we were wondering whether we'd made a mistake booking this tour but were well rewarded with a trip around the city that took in a lot of different sights. Our only comment would be that the audio commentary didn't always match what we were seeing. We were amazed how many people were out and about at 2300hrs on a Monday night.
