      Fast pass to the tower.

      Our host, Diana was very friendly and knowledgeable. We met at the arranged meeting point at the correct time. She was interested in where we had come from and spoke very good English. We still had to go through the security checks. Diana helped us get through the queues, escorted us to the 2nd floor by elevator and left. A very good experience.

      Our guide Laura was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, kind and informative. However, aside from her escorting us from a cafe to the second floor of the tower with some information along the way, this was a $70/pp ticket and she handed us $18/pp passes to the second floor. Those tickets were sold out because of “services” like this. France should prevent the resale of Eiffel Tower tickets to stop this scalping.

      Booked this tour as was unable to secure tickets through the Eiffel Tower site. Meeting point was easy to find and the information given to us useful. We were taken to the Tower and skipped the lines so process was easy. We got up the Tower an hour before sunset so were able to see the view in daylight then when it got dark

      Easy spot to locate tour guide. Quick and easy entry. Once you have tour ticket and you are inside you can spend as much time as you like up there, admiring the view.

      The guide was very nice and informative and the views were amazing! Skip the lines us the way to go. Get there before you're time to visit the grass area infront of the tower to take it in then meet you're guide

      Amazing views of Paris city center and the Arc de Triomphe! Venus (our guide) to the entry point and ticket gate was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower

      While it cost a good deal more than a regular ticket to the Eiffel Tower, the crowds there are so large that it was nice to skip the line and go right into the tower. Worth the extra $.

      My husband injured his knee a few days before our scheduled tour and could not walk. The operator, Global Tours and Tickets, would not help us at all. No help with a wheelchair, and refused to allow us to cancel and get a refund. We could not go. I will not use them again.

      The Eiffel Tower was absolutely beautiful up close and personal. The panoramic views were insane. This was our first experience and we loved it.

      First thing you need to realise, this is literally just an entry ticket to the 1st/2nd floor (As stated). But it's hard to know what to expect before you actually go there. Basically buying this same option on site is about €29 cheaper per person. All you get for buying this, is to skip the normal ticket que, which when we were there probably saved about 45 minutes (we were glad about this as it was 32 degree's that day!). I wouldn't say much of the tour part, the lady told us a few quick details, probably no more than 5 minutes worth. But she was mainly there to get us pass the que. When we got up top, we did our own thing, and actually sneaked a listen in on some of the more informative tours anyway. So basically, this is an entry ticket. If you can justify paying a lot more momry to skip a line, then this is ideal. If you want a proper tour, with lots of information, then this is not for you.

      Your Tour Guide Might Lose You and Couldn't Care Less

      Our tour guide, Monica, lost us! We were in line for security WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF OUR TOUR and Monica went ahead and left us. She had no idea how many people were in her tour and she never did anything to ensure we all got through the process. Once inside the Eiffel Tower grounds, we ended up standing in three different lines trying to find Monica and the other members of our tour, whilst searching for a phone number to call the office and get help. It took over 15 minutes for us to get reunited with Monica and that was NOT because she was looking for us, but because WE HAD TO SEEK HER OUT. When I asked her why she left us behind, the response was that there had been over 70 people signed up for the tour and the numbers were not manageable. If this company can't handle the volume, then they need to either increase their staff or limit the number of people on the tour. Losing your tourists and expecting them to find you is not appropriate or acceptable.

      Abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora in un bar (per non stare sulla strada con incrocio). Eravamo circa 50 persone, ci hanno accompagnato due guide. Parlavano solo inglese e francese. Arrivati all'ascensore, credo in ritardo, i nostri biglietti sono stati 'sospesi' non potevamo salire. La maggior parte delle persone è salita con le scale, ma noi avendo problemi di cuore non potevamo. Dopo due ore sono stati riattivati e siamo riusciti a fare la nosra visita. Le guide ci hanno lasciati senza ulteriori informazioni.

      Der Eifelturm ist fantastisch! Die Organisation war chaotisch! Die Leistung schnell an der Lane vorbei zum Aufzug zu kommen wurde nicht erbracht. Für diese Karten viel mehr zu bezahlen ist unnötig gewesen 😤 ein Flop!
