  • Luggage cannot be kept at the office; you will be denied entry to the tower without refund if you arrive with luggage
  • Items not allowed in the tower include: over-sized luggage or bags, climbing or jumping gear (especially bungee jumping and parachutes), publicity materials of any kind, child buggies/strollers that are not fold-able, animals, except those required by disabled visitors, glass bottles, drink cans, excessive amount of food or drink
  • Please note that it is NOT possible to buy a ticket for the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower.

      Genuinely baffling how...

      Genuinely baffling how difficult it is to book something that should be easy. A clear explanation for example of available options seems to be beyond the capability of the operator. Were it not for the Seine cruise which was excellent, I would have rated this even lower. The Eiffel tower is a good 10 minute walk from the office. It would help if the guide would provide some of that history but he barely could speak to it. Don't bother.

      Our tour guide to the Eiffel tower was great. Learned a lot about its history. Group entry is definitely worth it. Best part is since we were in a group the street peddlers left us alone. Giving 4 stars only because picking such a late time there wouldn't have been enough time to really enjoy the tower portion (needs 2 hrs) and do the cruise the same night. Luckily the cruise tickets were also reserve entry and good for several months. So we did the cruise the day after. Night cruise was good. But wonder if day cruise would be better.

      Second strike with this tour group. Save your money and don’t book with this company. Guide walked very fast and barely told us history of the tower. He gave us like 5 minutes of facts while we stood in front of the elevator and then left us when we got to the second floor. The line to elevator was long and wait was an hour a there is absolutely no advantage to booking with this company because we still had to wait behind the people who just bought elevator tickets for that day for a lot less. Please just book just tickets in advance straight from the place you’re going and don’t use this tour company. They are unprofessional and just care to have their money. We have booked tours before for other countries and they have all been great until this tour company. Do your research and check their reviews on Google.

      Jean-Baptiste was a fantastic tour guide. He was funny, informative and patient. It was great to skip the line. He told us the history of the Eiffel Tower and what to see and then left us to view the Tower ourselves. The River cruise was good. I like the flexibility of taking the cruise anytime.

      I was late getting to tour. Called while in taxi was 10 mins away. Explained line for taxi from train London was almost 75 people long. No expected!!! They did nothing to help me. I had 2 excursion they could of had me meet at the second one. Not offered!!! I am a past customer with viator. No refund offered. Email sent to said. BEST REGARDS! Seriously!!! Such bad and rude customer service

      The guide was very nice and helpful. You are left on your own at the end. You meet a little off from the tower and it is warm still in September so bring a neck fan or hand fan.

      As for the Eiffel Tour, our tour guide Yazid was great. He was funny and full of history and great insight as to the history of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend him. As for the Seine River Cruise, if you want just a nice ride with no frills than this works. If you want drink or food or a tour guide, find another cruise.

      Although with all the security now it's not as impressive on the ground level as in the past it's stil beautiful when up on the tower. So much to see, and you can just sit there and have a drink, eat some ice cream, or just relax and watch the world go by. Guide at the Tower was good, though hard to hear at times. River Crusie is good as well.

      Beautiful evening walk to the Eiffel Tower. Marcella was an excellent guide switching easily between 3 languages to make sure then entire group was informed and knew where to go and hear her great info. She was very knowledgeable about all the districts of Paris and explained everything we saw around the tower. Great guide.
