What To Expect

Make your way to a departure point at the edge of the Seine River, then present this voucher for a Champagne cruise—boats depart every 30- to 45 minutes. Board the riverboat, visit the bar to pick up your glass of French Champagne, then find a comfortable seat with views of the picturesque Seine River banks.

Very long que no booked time slots over 45 minutes quing to get on board not enough seats at all more people standing than sitting the vending machine on board also didn't work. Don't let the pictures fool you it's jam packed on the boat

Sitting on the outside lower deck, you can only see the concrete walls of the river. And you cannot hear the commentary. We had to use Google maps to know what we were passing.

I booked this as part of my best friend’s hen party and we all really enjoyed it. Seeing the Eiffel Tower from this point of view was brilliant as well. It was good value for money and something we will all remember

Would definitely recommend this cruise. Its a great way to see many attractions. Tickets are cheaper with viator. Last sailing is 9pm drinks and be purchased or taken on with you.

A beautiful way to start our Paris adventure! See a bunch of the top landmarks from the river. Starting the cruise while the sun was setting offered beautiful videos of both the sunset and then the lights when it was dark.

No English when it was supposed to be

When booking tickets online there is no warning about the lines that visitors need to do for obtaining the physical tickets and then, again, for entering the boat. The volume of people doing this activity is huge and the frequencies are low, so there is a big risk of losing the chance to enter if they want to be navigating by the end of the afternoon. For example, we obtained our tickets and entered the boarding area but then had to wait one more hour to start the tour as there was no room for us at the 6pm boat.

Look for a smaller boat.

Lovely boat ride - very relaxing and enjoyable. They lost a star for organization though. Directions were not clear and when we finally arrived, staff gave conflicting information. We asked about restrooms and were told to pay a euro to use the ones in the parking lot when there were restrooms on board. Also - directions for getting the champagne preordered were not clear. One staff told us to get it on board; while another tried to sell it to us prior to boarding even though it was included.
