Guide was very late and didn’t take us anywhere we couldn’t have found on our own. For a tour on fashion we would have expected someone dressed fashionable. We ended tour early. This is an absolute do NOT do. I deserve money back. This tour was not as described. Scammed!!! I expect Viator to reach out to me and return some of my money.

Not really as advertised. No 'sample' sales as indicated and there were just ~6 shops that we were brought to. The guide, while very nice, tried recommending items that were 'Parisienne' versus helping find items that fit the person's individual tastes. Expected a lot more - did better on our own.

Emmanuelle was wonderful. She asked lots of questions before we left the meeting place to get an idea of what my daughter was interested in, what her style was, and what our goals were for our shopping expedition. She knocked it out of the park and my daughter came home from Paris ecstatic with a whole new (and very reasonably priced) wardrobe. But when you picture "insider shopping in Paris", this to me does not mean H and M, Zara, a converse store and a department store!!! These are stores we have in the US!
