This full day deluxe tasting tour begins with a scenic drive from Perth to the Swan Valley—Australia’s second-oldest wine region. Get the day off off in fine style with a wine and cheese pairing, before visiting more wineries and enjoying a gourmet lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll swing by a local micro brewery to learn about the thriving craft beer scene and visit a chocolate factory and fine foods store.

  • Please select pick-up location when booking. Unless advised otherwise we will assume pick-up from the Tourist Bus Stop located by the James Street Mall on Beaufort Street, Perth for 9:45am departure.
  • Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking, vegetarian options are available.
  • This tour is not suitable for children under the age of 4 years.
  • There is not room in the tour vehicle for luggage, backpacks or other similar large items.
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

One of the best trips we did in Australia. Our guide Sue was amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable. The places visited were amazing. All round a very good day.

Thank you Mark! For the wonderful tour visiting 3 boutique wineries, 1 Gin and vodka house and ending the trip off at Margaret river chocolate company. The tour started at 9.45am and we’re back to our pick up place around around 4.30pm! Love every minute of this tour despite the rainy weather. I will definitely highly recommend this tour to anyone who is keen to explore swan valley wineries with one of the nicest tour guide I’ve ever met!

Had a wonderful day visiting Swan river winery’s plus gin and chocolate liqueur distilleries .We were given a great cheeseboard to share at the first winery and had a beautiful cheese and meat platter at the 3rd winery for our alfresco lunch .Our driver and host Colin was friendly and informative .It was a great day and I was more than a little tipsy by the end of it !

Loved Twin Hills - lovely cheese board, friendly knowledgeable host. Gemma from Olive Farm was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Loved loved loved the gin distillery! The girls were so passionate about their product and it was yum!

Great Time in Swan Valley with Peter and Collin

We really enjoyed our time on this Tour. We had five different spots where we did a variety of tastings. The hosts at each place were fantastic and knowledgeable. Peter & Collin were great guides and drove us around swan valley. We would not hesitate to do another tour with them again!

Swan Valley Wine tour today. A lovely small group of people to share a great day of wine tasting, cheese & chocolate. One of the best stops was the Old Young Distillery where host CJ entertained us as we sampled gin & vodkas. Tastings at Twin Hill wines, Lancaster wines and The Ugly Duckling where we also enjoyed a yummy lunch.

An excellent wine-tasting tour

An interesting selection of wineries were chosen for this wine-tasting tour with some super wines. As the group was quite small, we soon got to know each other and had some interesting conversations - especially over the excellent lunch at the last winery.

Great trip, great driver - definitely recommended! The selected wineries and distillery provided a fantastic expefience - with a delicious, relaxing, alfresco lunch at the Ugly Duckling winery. The final stop, at the Margaret River Chocolate Factory was fantastic too.

Great day at Swan Valley wineries

Peter our driver was fantastic kept our little group entertained with lots of information and a few jokes helped my elderly mum off and on bus. The lunch at ugly duckling was very nice and a great selection of wines were tried at 4 wineries plus craft beer and to top it off huge range of chocolates at chocolate factory. We even had a quick visit to honey farm which was an extra x. Lovely day out with great company I would recommend black swan tours for this trip x

Alan, our tour guide and owner of Black Swan Tours is a most wonderful guide to Swan Valley. Each stop is carefully curated and I enjoyed every stop we made as we were also given some time to wonder about taking in the beautiful vineyards. I highly recommend this tour to anyone.

We went to really good wineries, and had lots of fun tasting wines. Peter took good care of us, even dropped us off near our home after the tour. Good thing too as we were all tipsy already 😄 Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Fantastic trip being shown round the wineries by Alan, top class tour guide, just needs a slight improvement on his music tastes:). Called at four wineries, very welcoming and informative on their wines, and prices very reasonable if you wish to purchase, no push to do this if you just wish to enjoy the tasters. We had lunch at Mandoon winery, do not have a large breakfast before this tour, meals are gorgeous and not small. Also called into a brewery, and the chocolate shop. Tasters in each are plentiful You do not come away from this tour hungry, or thirsty and as merrily happy as you wish to be.

Thanks Dawn for your review and support. The cellar door people in the Swan Valley are amazing and there's definitely no pressure from any of them to purchase anything.. Although, it can be very hard not to as some are excellent value! Regarding the music, we love playing our classics from the 60's,70's,80's, 90"s and today. I was under instructions from your daughter not to play ABBA.. haha (we normally do!) More than happy to take any requests though! Enjoy the rest of your time in WA
