Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen The tour will end at the visit at the Fifth Avenue, the customer will have to return to their hotel in Playa Del Carmen by their own The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service *Important information* The main cenote is the Cenote Choo-Ha, depending on the availability the cenote can change during the tour according to the guides decision. No refund is provided if the cenote is changed
