Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) The pickup time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. We can not provide pickups at hotels or Aairbnb in Tulum .

  • Mandatory use of vest and helmet at the time of activities
  • Wear swimsuit, water shoes and insect repellent; Bring a change of extra clothes and towel.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 45 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Bacalar is Breathtaking

The 550am pickup didn't seem necessary, but it was a 3 hour ride to Bacalar. It was all worth seeing this beautiful area. 1st stop - Cenote Azul for breakfast and swim in a 90 meter cenote. 2nd stop Cenote Cocolitos for free time on an incredible shore with hammocks and swings in the most beautiful aqua wading height water. FYI - Restrooms are primitive. 3rd stop was Bacalar for a boat ride of the lake with a stop at the canal for swimming. The entire lake was incredibly calm and you can see so many different shades of blue and green, depending on the depth. Lunch was good and location was perfect to explore the famous fort they used to fight the invading pirates. It was a long but great day with our tour guide Arturo and our driver Javier. We arrived back to our hotel at 10pm. I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful area on Mexico's southern border.
