Snorkeling in Yal Ku Laggon and a cenote

Our guide was outstanding. He read what sort of a day we were looking for and nailed it. He picked us up at our casa and we headed to Yal Ku. He walked us through what our day was going to look like, and in the water we went. On the way out, the fresh and saltwater mix gently guided us out of the lagoon toward the ocean. We saw beautifully colored fish of every size and shape. The water was crystal clear. As we got closer to the ocean we saw numerous turtles as well as some rays and a jellyfish. We then drove to a nearby cenote and entered the cave area which also had some of the bluest water I'd ever seen. It was an awesome experience, and I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful calm snorkeling trip

Yal-Ku lagoon is a very calm, warm and beautiful snorkeling experience! Lots of colorful fish to see and a relaxing swim around the lagoon. The cenote snorkel is a totally different environment but very beautiful and definitely worth checking out. Booked with Fabian through ExperienciaAkumal and had an excellent experience, he was very knowledgeable about the area and focused on safety and comfort. Would definitely recommend Fabian again!
