This class was a wonderful experience! It was educational, fun, and delicious. We met people from all over the world and enjoyed making a meal and memories with them. The instructors were great, funny, and extremely organized. The prosecco and wine were excellent. We really enjoyed this class - definitely a highlight of our trip!

Great experience
Deborah_K, Apr 2024
Our host Lise and Carlos were terrific. Lise was wxtremely knowledable about local cuisine and shared her knowledge in a fun taste testing manner. Then we went to restaurant where Carlos and team taught us the art of making Tiramisu, Fettucine and Raviolis. The wine and Prosecco were free flowing the whole time and the fun with the entire group was fabulous. Highly recommend this tour.
Lots of food and wine

Enjoyable experience making pasta and tasting delicious food. In this class we first sat down in a small market (more like a cafe) and tasted some local foods. Then we walked to a restaurant where we made fettuccini, ravioli and tiramisu. Carlos was a very enthusiastic teacher and had lots of knowledge. However, I'm not sure the description completely described my activity or I interpreted it incorrectly. We didn't pick up any ingredients from the market (I assumed this would be going to a local market rather than cafe) and when I booked the class the description was gnocchi and ravioli (I sent message to the operator via viator but never received a reply). Overall, we had a good time just wasn't what I thought I'd booked.
Buon appetito!

One of the best parts of my trip to Rome! The instructors were all wonderful. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
Fun first day in Rome!

Perfect for our first day in Rome! Great bruschetta tasting with Prosecco wines, followed by a simple and well organized pasta making session where we ate our creations.
Fantastic experience, loved it, would highly recommend.

Very fun, relaxed atmosphere and great to meet with strangers but yet bond so well over a cooking lesson!
This is a fun class to do...

Amazing/ Felt like Family
Morgan_P, Jan 2024
They treated you like family and they really went into debt about the different items we would be making and trying before our pasta making experience.
Worth every euro!

Absolutely one of the best Italy experiences we’ve had! This was so much fun and we learned so much. Chiara our guide was fun, knowledgeable and extremely kind. She made the event first class.
Something different and fun!

This was a really fun experience and a welcome diversion from museums and church visits. We had a great group in our class; lots of fun and laughs. The class was just the right length of time. The pasta making was most enjoyable. It actually came out very tasty and was more than enough food for both of us! I definitely encourage putting this on a travel itinerary to provide some fun, meet new people, and have a great dinner all in one.
Don’t eat before going!

Our favorite Rome experience! Started with appetizers and learned about olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then on to the restaurant to prepare tiramisu, fettuccine, and ravioli. You prepare, they cook, and you eat what you make. Laila was a great guide; knowledgeable and fun.
Fun experience!
Dawn_M, Oct 2023
We had an amazing time and met some fun people! I definitely would do it again! The experience was fun and educational! The tasting before the cooking was so good, then learning to make pasta and tiramisu was surprisingly easy!
Super fun!

This experience was beyond fun and a lot of work🤣 i can say the food ended up tasting great but making pasta by hand takes a lot of work, so I won’t be doing it again at home but had a great time doing it in Rome
Highly recommend! A trip highlight!
Joy_M, Oct 2023
Such an amazing experience from start to finish! Lu was our hostess and was wonderful and passionate about the food, the wine and the regions representing both. We started with a one hour tasting of Italian delicacies paired with Prosecco. We then took about a ten minute walk to a trendy restaurant where the cooking class was set up. Starting with more wine, we moved to making tiramisu and fresh pasta. The chef assisted us in making the perfect fettuccine and spinach ricotta ravioli! We then watched a sauce making demonstration by the head chef. Finally, it was time to eat our amazing preparations! Just delicious! I highly recommend!!
Best Italian cooking experience!

Hosts were excellent! Activity was clearly demonstrated, super easy, very interactive and delicious!
What’s the point of a cooking class without recipes to try at home
John_T, Oct 2023
We took a taxi (16 euros) to La Nicchia Cafe (located in Prati), for a pasta and tiramisu making class, from the center of Rome. The initial part was in the cafe where we were given some history of the food and Rome by the guide, and had appetizers and Prosecco (if you desire). Then the group of 15 walked to the restaurant (approximately 5-8 minutes away). Here we made tiramisu, and the pasta for fettuccini and spinach ravioli which was then cooked by the staff. This was our dinner. We were offered a glass of wine with our dinner. Then we walked back to where we started (nearest taxi stand) and took a taxi (20 euros due to traffic at 6p) back to our hotel in Rome center. The class was interesting however we were never given recipes at the class and after requesting when we got home. Overall we would not recommend it since we are unable to prepare these foods at home and that was the point of us taking this class. It was a very expensive dinner ($199 for class Plus 36 euros transportation). We are very disappointed.
A little taste of Rome!

We loved everything about this class. Leila was such a witty, funny and knowledgeable host. From start to finish, every moment was memorable. It was a pleasure having been under the instruction of Chef Alessandro and Chef Viviana. Would take the class again and would highly recommend to anyone!!
A cooking class not to miss!

Oh my! We had so much fun! The wine was flowing and the food was incredible. We really enjoyed doing this and highly recommend it! Alina was amazing! So very funny and informative. We all left very satisfied and met people from around the world! I would love to do this again if I return to Rome
Fun time, everyone enjoyed it.

Fun time, everyone enjoyed it. They were very nice and spoke english very well. Making pasta from scratch was a blast. And the dinner was fantastic. We took home the leftovers and enjoyed it the next day as well.
