    We booked 10:30 am two months before our date and the day before was notified that they couldn’t get 10:30 instead it would be 3:15. You can obviously imagine that isn’t enough time to rearrange plans.

    Totally waist of money. Completely chaos when we got there. Got told to wait an hour (which is ridiculous to wait an hour to skip a line??) however we got with the very confused group of 30 strangers, and waited for our “guide” too pick up tickets for everybody, properly as long a wait as the line for the actual queue. Completely waist of money

    I remember you were few minutes late to show up from your original time. We clearly mentioned in description to meet us atleast 15 minutes before because Vatican run with a schedule and everyone must respect that time. Basically you missed your time and it was a favour that we reorganized for you in our next group and you are complaining. I suggest you please be responsible about any appointments you have. And it's not a right one the review you wrote

    We booked the tickets without a tour so we only had to pick up the tickets. This was very unpleasant. Very bad service from the company that provided the tickets. No organisation and very unkind people. They had no clue what they were doing. They where shouting at each other and to the customers. It was a complete chaos. Im never booking trough this company again

    Hi dear customers i believe from us you got your service on time with a quick way. In these days we are having so many visitors to serve its literally overcrowded i think you saw that. When a place get so busy people may talk louder it's not meaning you are shouting. After having skip the line service this review actually could not make us happy still you are customer and we are happy to serve all of our customers the best. Thanks again

    Non parlo dei musei ma dell’organizzazione della visita. Punto di raccolta in un marciapiedi accalcati senza sicurezza muniti di un bollino rosso. Entrata in gruppo nella biglietteria Edipo una certa attesa l’accompagnatote consegnava i biglietti e ne mancava qualcuno… dimenticavo il giorno prima con telefonata ci veniva spostato di 2 ore l’orario della visita. Professionalità scarsa o nulla

    grazie per vostra valutazione era un giorno troppo pieno di gente sapiamo che non era servizio migliore quello giorno pero pure era nessuno biglietti di comprare dei musei perche gia venduto. Chiedo scusa cmnq e grazie ancora
