This was a great course! My son has a birthday in a few days and walked out of the class wanting the instruments for making pasta as a birthday gift. It was fun for my husband and I as well! Because we were making our own food, my expectations on taste were low, but I was very pleasantly surprised! We were served our own ravioli and linguine with 2 different sauces - and it was delicious! The staff was courteous and attentive, I would definitely recommend to a friend.
The only note I would give, I thought we would be learning to make both Pasta and Tiramisu. We made and ate the pasta and then had our choice to order off the dessert menu which included tiramisu. We all ordered different things to share and they were all good - I just thought we would be participating in that as well.

Chef Maurizio was so very fun and patient with my 11 and 8 year olds who had such a blast making pasta!! The entire staff was helpful and attentive and really interested in making sure we got the most of our time. After this class, I have confidence that we can make pasta at home. The bolognese was the absolute best we've had in Rome, the ravioli was DIVINE and I can't wait to try at home! We enjoyed learning the difference between Northern and Southern pasta, as well.
We didn't end up making tiramisu, as listed, but we ate it and it was great. Also, we made our own notes on the recipe for the pasta.

Very fun for our whole family! Kids 11 and 13 enjoyed learning to make ravioli and fettuccine. Staff very nice, food great and plentiful, fun location for walking around afterward. Loved everything about this.
