hello, we are sorry for the inconvenient , when there are 6 ships in the port in different docks sometimes is confusing ...please also consider you originally asked a 8.45 pick up and at 7. 50 when you said you were outside the ship we send the driver which met you at 8.30 ...

Rome to Cruise port

Charge $300 never returned email, then told us we should take a taxi then told us we had to share a ride. When we told them we wanted to be charged half since they were two customers in vehicle they filed with us and returned us to the taxi station. I will make sure my 2 million followers hear about this.

the fact that you paid 300 euro to a taxi is not our fault , we did offered a shared transfer which you denied , in a very busy day that Viator overbooked us and there were too many passengers at the port , we tried not to cancel your trip but put you in a van with another couple and save 40 percent ,you were gonna pay 50 euro per person in a mercedes van with another couple going to the same hotel , you denied and end up to pay 300 euro to a taxi ... who s fault is it???

From Private to Shared.

This started out as a private transfer from Cruise ship to Rome Hotel. The driver was on time. However there was a little snafu. Apparently other couples leaving the ship had scheduled cars and there weren't enough (not sure what company they used, just to be fair). So we took 2 other couples who were stranded and needed to get to the airport. The airport was on the way to our hotel. It was a minor inconvenience as we had time to get to our afternoon tour. I was also given a partial refund as this was no longer a private car but a shared car. I would use them again.

hello, thank you for the review , we are trying to drive everybody from the port because the taxis are very expensive (even 500 euro), viator sends us sometimes too many bookings than we can make so we have to improvise just not to leave passengers stranded , unfortunately there are not enough licenses and cars for limousine service , there are less than 1000 in Roma because the taxis are against releasing other licences for limousine service, last time the cityhall released licence was in 1993 , 30 years ago!!!!

hello, we didn t cancel anything just told you the driver was gonna be at the port at 10 because it was a difficult day , you have to understand that here in Roma there are only 935 licences for limousine service so, when you have 5 ships in the port with 20 thousant people going to Roma it is a big problem and us with 4 vans can t really drive everybody in the same time... you left at 9.30 because you wanted to , not because we canceled...and you got the refund ...

I got a confirmation to be pick up at 11:30 A.M, at 11:15 I call them to be sure he was going to be on time and the driver told me that he couldn't pick us up until 1:30 P.M, we have to be a the Port by 2:00 P.M and the ride was about 1 hour and 30 minutes, at this point I told him that I wanted my money back, he told me ok and he cancel. I got my money back. For this reason I cancel my other transfer back from the Port to Rome.

hello, i am sorry but this job is not mathematics and when a licence for a car is 150.000 euro plus 90.000 for a Mercedes van , is normal that we don t really have 10 cars available , so when something goes wrong like that day a plane came in late , we didn t have another driver for you as everybody wants to leave from Roma around 11...you book a plane that sais it leaves at 11 and than they have 2 hours delay so imagine cars on wheels...anyway your ship was leaving at 7 pm so you could leave at 1 pm or take the refund as you did and you took something else , we are not in the desert , you can always find a ride , you are just being mean

I want to say first get our driver Rolando was outstanding high-quality driver and provided great information. After you book your transfer please look for additional emails requesting information like flight information times and cruise information you have to take personal responsibility and provide this information you cannot show up at the airport unannounced call your driver and expect them to be able to pick you up. I read several poor surveys surrounding this and it’s not the drivers fault or the company customers are not providing good information on when and where they’re arriving hope this helps.

Our driver was on-time and courteous. Communication was timely and accurate. We booked the day before and he was quick to respond with confirmation. Please be aware, you need to let him know which flight/cruise ship and the time you will be arriving so he can best accommodate. It doesn’t always ask when booking.
