    Guide never showed up!

    We got to our meeting point 15 minutes early. Nobody showed. I messaged the guide and got no response. I messaged Viator and sent pictures of the place we were and sent screen shots of my tour details plainly stating the meeting place. Finally, 30 minutes after the tour was supposed to begin, Viator called the tour operator and was told they had changed the meeting point and forgot to update their information with Viator. So, we wasted Uber fare to get there and an hour of the last day of our vacation, and didn’t get to see one of the top things on our list.

    Really interesting tour, with perspectives on multiple eras of religion and lifestyles, from the ancients Romans through to more recent Capuchin Monks. Beautiful - one of our favorite experiences in Rome. Tour guide was lovely, laid back, and very informative.

    This was a very interesting tour over about 3 hours to 3 sites in Rome including catacombs and the Capuchin crypt. The tour went ahead even though there was just the 2 of us so it ended up being like a private tour. Our guide Sara was first class.

    Wurde mitten in der Nacht abgesagt! .... es gab keine Reaktion auf unseren weiteren Anfragen oder Ersatztermin. Anscheinend ist das kein Einzelfall. Andere Anbieter sind deutlich verlässlicher

    Nous sommes allés à notre lieu de rendez-vous. Ne voyant personne, nous avons téléphoné et laissé un message sur la boîte vocale. Presque instantanément, nous avons reçu un mail nous informant de l'annulation de l'excursion et du remboursement à venir. Nous aurions aimé le savoir avant de nous être déplacés inutilement. Nous attendons le remboursement.
