      Our lines were incredibly long and it was raining. We skipped the lines and walked right in. They scanned our voucher and that was it! So easy and so worth it!

      Highly disorganized and difficult to navigate what was going on. Suggest buying tickets directly from the place you are going and not using Viator.

      This made it super easy to walk right into the museums with little to no wait. Pickup of the tickets is convenient and right across the street from the Vatican entrance. Be sure to leave yourself a few minutes to go there to get the tickets before your entry time, maybe 10 minutes tops.

      I book tickets to coliseum and Vatican in june and day before appointment they canceled my coliseum tickets for no reason. And after they offer me same tickets with 50€ each when original was 17€it was ridiculous. After standing on line front of coliseum i pay original price 17€ and went in. Not recommended at all.

      Getting to the pickup point to get tickets was extremely easy. We crossed the street and entered the museum’s. The line for those purchasing tickets onsite was very long and wrapped around the building. I would recommend this skip the line process to everyone.

      The whole experience was delightful. No waiting in line and very helpful staff at the meeting point. The Sistine Chapel was beautiful and nearness to Basilica was convenient.

      Other than skipping a long line I do not see any value in this tour. We received no headset listening devices, We had to walk to the opposite end of the Vatican to meet our guide who disappeared the minute she got us in. I don't understand why we needed to walk all that way in oppressive heat when all the viator ticket should've counted. The Museum was amazing and yes the sistine chapel was great, I will never see this again. the guided tours from other companies were a nightmare to move from. We did our own tour and probably missed half the stuff but I was tired of being in a sardine can.

      unorganized and office hard to find, we showed up on time and people who were on later time slots went before us, we got pushed back with no explanation. Thereafter we waited around 15 minutes outside the main doors because the guard on duty wouldn’t let our group in.

      Too many, in fact, all of it was magical. Doing this tour saved us the extra long queue that people were unfortunately standing in and the heat of the day was extreme. Would book this tour always

      Very disorganized. There was a bus tour which I was not aware of. After the bus tour, we were let out, and then waited at the entrance of the museum where we were picked up for the same bus. No one came for us. We literally stood there for 15 minutes and no one came. The group started dispersing on their own.

      Great experience, very simple and we were able to go to the Vatican on our own clock without waiting on a group. Meet up point was very close to the museum which was convenient.

      Best decision. There was a long line around the building with so many people and since we booked with Viator we just showed up to the office of the company, the guide took us into the Vatican Museum and got our tickets at the box office, and handed us the tickets. We were on our own which was nice since we were able to take our time and navigate through the museum by ourselves.
