Easy access to tickets. Many paintings were very dark. The background ceilings mirrors, chandeliers, were beautiful. Great collection.

The final room was gorgeous. Also there is a lovely place to have drinks in a garden at the exit. All our skip-the-line reservations with Viator in Rome were great.

We are on a Caravaggio crawl. There are 3 fine paintings here. Also, major works by Velasquez , Raphael and others. Some paintings could benefit from shades The sunlight created glare.

It was easy to reserve entrance and easy to change the reservation to tickets - on the place, in Gallery. In contrast to Gallery Borghese - it was very complicated to get a ticket at the gallery, you have to call the operator, it is impossible to call. We were disappointed with the whole Viator system.

Unexplained doubling of admission fee??

I don't understand how I was charged 30 euros on line by viator for my visit when the sign at the museum entrance said that admission was 16 euros?? The gentleman at the office was unable to explain that to me.

This gallery was excellent, very organized, the audio guide is very clear , they explain all the things in the room whereas in other galleries are not that clear.

The address on the voucher was wrong. We were expecting an actual guide but only got an audio guide. We could have booked this ourselves and saved money. We have used Viatour in the past with no problems. Are you short staffed or cutting corners?

Spectacular collection of Renaissance art pieces. The premises was opulent and history is felt in every turn and corner. I would recommend taking a hand held fan as it did become quite hot in some of the rooms. Remember these building didn’t have air conditioning in the 1800’s and today they have electric fans in certain areas, but still becomes quite warm in September.

A splendid gallery that exceeded expectations. I don't know whether we would have been able to enter off the street, it wasn't crowded, however for a few euros it seemed easier to have a booked space. Great commentary on the audioguide from the family owner
