Do this tour because there is so much history!!

Everything! It was an amazing experience!! I wouldn’t recommend this to someone who has trouble walking & doing steps.

Our guide Iman was excellent and very passionate about this tour. He took his time and explained things well. We were surprised by the Sistine Chapel part as it was so noisy inside. We thought you had to be silent, but it was far from it. The Museum was very crowded and maybe went on a little bit too long, but that was better than being rushed I guess. St. Peter's was excellent and we struck lucky by being able to go down in the vaults.
Not sure I'd go with them again.

Our tour started 1.5 hours late because the tour guide forgot he had a tour to do. They scrambled and found another tour guide that was finishing up another tour so after waiting so long they took us over and inside to meet the new guide. Once the new guide came, we moved through the lines quickly and started the tour. I must say that the new tour guide was amazing! His knowledge on the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel was outstanding as well as St Peters Basilica. He was most likely the best guide we've had on this trip. As far as starting 1.5 hours late, the tour company wasn't too proactive in finding another guide once they learned that the scheduled guide had forgotten. They also didn't offer any type of free upgrade to extend the tour to St Peters Basilica or a refund of some kind.
