Our tour guide’s knowledge and passion was infectious!!

Please excuse my delay in writing this review, once I got home I had a slight case of Covid. Our tour guide made the whole experience wonderful! I can’t say enough about her knowledge and detail in explaining what we were seeing. Her passion was infectious! I would highly recommend Viator to all!!!
NOT skip the line - a two hour wait!

They lied to us about skip the line. They lectured us for 15 minutes then took us to the END of the 12 hour wait line. We want our money back!!!

Dear Mr Brian Jaeger, your booking was for April 30th at 11:45am for the last sundey of the month and your booking didn't include a skip the line ticket. I am sorry you are not able to read but if you check your booking, you will see that it says "the last sunday of the month the ticket is free and the line cannot be skipped". Since we organized exactly what you booked and you left the group before to enter (15 minutes after the start time) there is no reason to refund you. If you wanted to skip the line you would have to book for a date between Monday and Saturday and pay more for a skip the line ticket. Are you sure this low rating is for us and not for you?

Zunächst gab es Probleme mit dem Treffpunkt, dann aber hat Mira alles gegeben: es war sehr kurzweilig und interessant und wir können diese geführte Tour weiter empfehlen.
