Our tour started after disembarking our cruise. Our flights were after 9pm so this was the perfect tour for the day. Our tour guide, Michael, was extremely knowledgeable and easily understood as he gave his narrative of the sights we were seeing. The stopping points were of great interest and great photo opportunities. We stopped for an hour lunch and his recommendations were spot on.

Great itinerary and guide/driver, but it would have been nice for his company to allow him to drop us at SFO after the tour. The extra cost for the seven of us would have been worth it. It should be an option.

Jerry, a real history buff, was a great tour guide. My sister and I appreciated the convenience of being picked up at our hotel and enjoyed a thorough tour of San Fran plus a few unplanned stops via a group member's request. There were only 7 passengers in our tour (ages 11 to 71!) which made for great conversation and a casual atmosphere among all of us. (Highly recommend Viator's small tours ... worth the price!) Muir Woods was simply magical! I was hoping to get to a ceramic studio during our short visit to Sausalito, and Jerry was game to veer off our itinerary for 1/2 hour!! Such a thrill for me. He gave us personal attention; much appreciated and welcomed. Jerry went above and beyond as our tour ran about 1.5 hours longer than expected, and we were lucky the rain held out until the tour was completed!

I booked the day before. December seems a calmer season and we were only 4 people on the morning tour and 5 for the muir woods tour. Randy picked me up and was a delightful guide throughout, a true gentleman who sprinkles his SF insights with personal stories. In the afternoon, Kirill took us over the bridge and made the tour a hilarious one with his view on billionaires, denim jeans and Danielle Steele. Highly recommend the tour. My highlight were the Sequoias, especially Cathedral Grove! At the end I was dropped back to my hotel and had an eventful 9 hrs!

Morning we gone Muir Woods and Sausalito bay and Golden Gate , morning is ok for us , but afternoon tours don’t stop most of attractions places , the guide shown the book and shown his phone photo are not enough for our experience, then we like to stop for 15-20 minutes at most of famous attractions places , if not we took Uber and read from google also the same things , we don’t like all explanations of property price in San Francisco, waste time for us , then we gone Golden Gate two times during the same day , morning tour also sent to there and afternoon guide also sent there and stop there

Didn’t stop for pics and didn’t answer questions

We felt the tour guides/drivers tried to squeeze too much info into one day. In the city of SF, We wished they had stopped for more pictures. They only stopped 3 times. It would have been nicer, if they had talked less, stopped for more pictures, and answered questions. Twice I tried to ask questions and one guide held out his hand at me stopping my question, and said he would answer it later which he did not. It was even hard to take pics from the van because they were moving too fast.

Two tours - not one- Misbehaved children ruined the trip.

I was not told that this was two different trips- one in the morning and one in the afternoon. If I know this was the case, I would have booked two different trips. Our guide was fair and the morning trip was terrible. There was a family of 5 with 3 badly behaved children under the age of 12 and the two of us. The children kept bickering and the parents did little to discipline them. They were very disruptive and it was difficult to pay attention to the guide. We were dropped off at Fisherman's Warf for the second leg of the tour. We had to have lunch there and were told we would be met in an hour. We rushed through lunch only to find out we had about two hours. The trip's description was lunch in Saucalito. We did not have lunch there. The second half of the trip was better and out guide was wonderful. We enjoyed Muir Woods and Saucalito. The trip was misrepresented on the description. If families book, do not add additional people to the trip. It ruined it for us.

Guides were very knowledgeable about the city and willing to pull over for pictures. Before this tour we were unable to catch pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge. Fog was clear when we passed over it so guide stopped so we could get pics. Was a great experience!

Dear Veronica, thanks a lot for your feedback! I am sorry to hear that but I should say that the driver wasn't late. When you book the tour, in a thankful letter it's clearly written that pick-up time from Fisherman's Wharf is between 8.45 and 9 am. The second thing is that there is also clearly said in the tour description that the entrance fee to Muir Woods is NOT included into the tour price. Talking about the microphone I am very sorry the driver didn't find out how to switch it on in a right way and we will definitely take this fact into account
