The drivers JFK and Patrick were terrific! JFK was our driver for Muir Woods and Sausalito, I truly enjoyed it. Patrick was our driver for Napa and Sonoma wine taste tour, great experience!

Good experience for the most part

Muir woods very enjoyable and an easy hike. For the wine tour part I wasn't expecting to have to change busses in Sausalito to join another pretty full bus. I try to be early for tours so I sit more towards the front. Wasn't an option with joining another tour part way. Another foursome who did the same tour and joined late weren't able to sit together

Trip to Muir Woods was led by a knowledgeable and fun driver. Muir Woods is beautiful. Drop off at Sausalito was seem less. Pick up the same. Couldn’t understand bus driver on tour of wine country. Hit race track traffic which cut time from wineries. Rushed, but fun.

The hike through Muir woods was lovely. The driver Patrick was very informative on the ride there and back. The driver to the wine country did not communicate much at all, very little information on the way, and did not tell us when we were to arrive to the second location. The wine locations were quite nice , and took good care of us.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Booked it online the day before. Received email confirmation, and a phone call to let us know we were booked. Turned up at the tour office at 8:45am. Bus left promptly at 9am. Patrick gave running commentary, too much for my liking. But he was friendly and eager to please. Driving o ver Golden Gate Bridge is a must experience. Muir Woods, first stop, was worth it. Redwood trees were very impressive, quiet trails. Ninety minutes was enough time to wander some trails and get good pictures. Next Sausalito. Very pretty town. One hour stop. Just enough time to eat lunch and get some pictures. From there the drive into the wine country was very pretty. Relaxing drive with good scenery. First vineyard was Madonna winery. Excellent hostess, very informative. Back on the bus (sprinter van) for twenty mins to the next vineyard. Don’t remember the name, Italian wines. Again, our hostess was friendly and informative. Both my husband and myself are not wine drinkers. We went for the ride and the scenery. We had fun, met nice people, learned about wine and grapes. Definitely worth every cent. Would recommend to others.

Muir wood was very good, our guide George was very knowledgeable and informative . I wish we had more time in Muir Woods, 90 min is not enough to enjoy. The Stop on Sausalito would be better skipped. One hour to stretch your legs or do whatever ; could have been better used . Specially that in one hour you cannot get to the vista spots or to see the house/barges given the location of the bus stop/pick up. Ar far as wine tour , we visited two places instead of 3-5 listed; felt rushed ; but both selected wineries were excellent.

I would not recommend the wine tour for kids. They venues don’t provide anything for kids to drink other than water. Also, it would be good to have more time talking about or watching how the wine is made.

Loved the Muir Woods, Salsualito stay was way too short, and the wineries were far apart. Less time traveling to the second winery and more time in Salsualito would have made a perfect excursion.

Overall a great day out. A lovely hike in Muir Woods, a short lunch stop in Sausalito. The visit to the winery was good, the guide was interesting and informative, the wine was good, but no tour, just a sales pitch to join their club. The second wine stop was not a winery but a collection of different service providers in a magnificent setting. However, the wine was undrinkable, both red and white, quite a disappointment and they seemed to know it. Would I recommend Tower Tours, YES, but I urge Tower Tours to use one of the better providers or go to another winery. It would have been nice to get a tour of the winery and understand a little more about wine.

Our drivers were great- Marco helped get us to our hotel after, the Muir Woods trips is a must see, the lunch in a Sausalito was so delicious- Copita- and the wineries at Madonna and Huang were excellent. I would highly recommend the trip to anyone. The value is worth the day traveling.

Charles, the driver, was fabulous. Gave us a lot of history of the area. The van held approx 18 passengers with leather seats. The Muir Woods were great to experience. We had approx 90 minutes, which was enough. Would use this company again.

Muir Woods is beautiful. The driver was very good and very entertaining. Pack a lunch if going into wine country- we only had 20 minutes in Sausalito so they really should not advertise that as part of the trip. Wineries were good not the best. I think it would be better to go to Sonoma wineries rather than all the travel to Napa..
