Great customer service and lots of protocols to ensure safe travels. A bit of a longer wait for a car upon arrival because need to wait for all passengers to arrive and multiple planes were arriving. Just a minor inconvenience, which was made okay by the exceptional customer service.

They never picked us up from our location. I had to reach out to them to see what was happening. I got no answers around a pickup time so had to get an Uber so I could make my flight. Communication with Viator and the local company was slow, frustrating, unprofessional and unproductive.
