Ofenly they have asked us to change vessel because of the dept differences of the stops. To change a boat make you feel unsafe. The crew was nice and tried a lot to make us the participants to take part in the animations during the cruise. The food was sufficient.

The natural pool and the beach in Isla Saona was breathtaking! The all included lunch buffet was good. It was chicken, rice, spaghetti, etc.

I gave it 3 stars because the natural pool and the beach at the island were amazing. If you want to enjoy this tour to the fullest I recommend to bring your own snacks especially if you’re going with kids. The drinks they offered tasted like water and the food they had at the island was disgusting. I have never tasted such a horrible food in my live. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but at least decent food. If they change this the tour will be amazing.

A subpar experience at best. This cat cruise had several things that made it not worth the experience or the money in the least. Here are some highlighted reasons that made this tour not worth it. 1)The catamaran was way too small and overbooked for the amount of people that should be allowed mainly for safety reasons. There were so much people allowed on the boat that there was not enough sitting space and many had to stand for lengths of the trip. 2)The crew was not on time at all. There was no music playing to upon arrival of guest. The bar was not set up until almost an hour into the tour. Guest who had already crammed up at the front of the boat was being asked to move so the sails can be manned. The crew seemed inattentive and nonchalant half of which just started to lay down and rest in the first hour of the trip. 3) The amenities advertised were not what was paid for or advertised. There were no snacks provided on the boat at all. The bar consist of a single type of dark rum. There were no other options of alcohol and you had the choice to mix it with either cola or 7up. There was nothing else at the bar besides water which was dispensed from a water cooler. The music was being played from a Bluetooth speaker connected to someone's phone. There was no Dj just some guy playing music from his cell phone using Youtube and 80% of the boat ride was done in silence. Beer was only provided once docked at the beach. 4) The ride back to port was a silent with the crew more intoxicated then the guest who paid for this over priced experience. This tour was not worth the money at all. It was like a group of friends who owned a boat wanted to make some extra money so they got a case of rum, soda, 2 sleeves of cups, their wireless speaker and say lets charge some people to come on this boat ride out to the beach. Terrible tour.

I originally booked the trip for Wednesday 9/6 but they were unable to accommodate my group for that day. The tour operator contacted me via WhatsApp and immediately rectified the situation, they were able to add us to the tour for the next day 9/7 and we had an absolute blast. All of the staff were super accommodating to my group who speak conversational Spanish. Huge shout out to our guide while at Saona Island, Mr. Victor! He spoke English, Spanish and French simultaneously to make sure everyone understood what was happening next. I was amazed at this and it helped my group to have an even better time knowing someone could help us understand what was happening in real time. This tour was 10/10.

What a great experience! The trip and island were great and the crew was very friendly and attentive and even got a lot of the guests doing the Follow the Leader dance! And there was Rum! The trip allowed for us to mingle with other guests who were from all over the world. They stopped for us to take a swim in the crystal clear water and then onto the shore for a fantastic lunch and to lounge on the beautiful beach.

It was lots of fun, but safety was questionable being a boater. Don't expect great drinks or food, but get a local Pina colada and massage on the Soana beach. Also the on board entertainment may offend some (bawdy & queer)

The trip was great! We were picked up on time at the hotel. The driver was excellent and drove very safe! I was unprepared for how nice the boat and crew was! The crew and tour guide was amazing! I brought like 90 pictures from the photographer as he took time with anyone who wanted to take professional pictures. The stop 3/4 way to swim was amazing as it was calm and beautiful! The least favorite part of the trip was the food and it was very good! They ran out of beer on the island and you had to buy from the store. But that was ok to! Bring bug spray as there are some flies that bite. The ride back into the sunset was so amazing! The crew was very enthusiastic and entertaining! I love it as it was the best and plan to do it again!
