I booked this because I thought it was the space needle. Now I can not get a refund. I feel defrauded by deception. I reported this to Viator.

Better communication would have been nice.

The view is stunning, nice bar. However we had trouble getting tickets online. It said 1:15. Sold out. So we had to kill a couple hours for the 2:15. Then we find out that we could have got tickets at the lobby along when we arrived. Frustrating. Tried to call but never could talk to a person.

The view from here is much better compared to Space Needle. You can have a stunning 360-degree view from here. I truly suggest to visit this observatory when in Seattle.

I searched for space needle tickets and this came up. It was deceptive advertising. I got to the space needle and had to pay again. I have reached out to you to ask for a refund or at least a credit and I’ve gotten nowhere. It’s been terrible to deal with!

Easy check in. Just showed them a barcode. It wasnt a lot of people on a sunday. Its more chill than space needle. Couldnt see mt rainier. Great value!!! Could see the entire city! All enclosed no outdoors.

I was unable to go because we were dropped off at wrong location and couldn't get there in time. I tried to call but there was no answer. Then, I was turned over to an answer machine and I left a message about what happened and I never heard anything back.

I wasn’t given an address to this place and was searching online to purchase tickets for the Space Needle. Assuming that the tickets were for that, I went to the Space Needle and that’s where I learned I was in the wrong location. I did try to call customer service but alls I got was voicemail. I would like to speak to someone about this experience.

We did a google search for the Space Needle and instead ended up with tickets to this observation tower. I was mortified when we arrived at the Space Needle and found our tickets were NOT correct. Thankfully (or not) the agent at the Space Needle said 'this happens all the time' and he gave us complimentary tickets to go up in the Needle. Didn't go to the 'observation tower' and will be very skeptical now when I purchase tickets through Viator.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!! NOT the Space Needle!! My husband and I were looking for last-minute tickets to the Space Needle. This tour promotes that is Space Needle - however, when you arrive at the designated time to go to the top the actual Space Needle staff let you know this is in fact some business tower that looks at the Space Needle but is not the actual Space Needle. Then you have an additional purchase for the tickets you actually want. The staff says this scam they see daily. When a refund was requested due to not using the tickets and scam it was declined. When reported to the credit card company also declied. Learn from my $80 mistake and DO NOT PURCHASE!

The Space Needle was great.....BUT Viator was a bad facilitator of the event. I bought a 3pm ticket, but I had to stand in line to exchange my Viator ticket to get the Space Needle ticket....THEN was told there is NO ELITE Package.....which is what my Viator ticket said!!!!

Misleading subject makes you think you are buying Soace Needle tickets. The called Viator customer service since that is what the app tells you to do to cancel. Then they tell you the tickets are non refundable.

Not at all busy for a clear view of Seattle. Best time to go is in August. Good views all around and cute cafe for quick snacks and wine.
