I am currently trying to follow up and find out what exactly went on with your booking and why the refund you received was not to your satisfaction. EDIT: After reviewing our bookings and talking to our service providers, you did indeed go on your trip the next day, and according to the driver, the rep and the guide who serviced you, you were very happy with your tour with us.
