Great information, presented well and very organized. The communication before, during and after the tour was clear and well thought out. The ramen was very good. Our tour guide Frank was very personable, made a point to get to know each group within the tour and talk with them individually. There were single people, couples and even families with small children on the tour and everyone left happy.

Frank is passionate about ramen and sharing his extensive ramen knowledge with the group. I learned a lot and ate a lot of delicious different styles of ramen. You get a nice walking experience between each restaurant through Shibuya and Ebisu.

We had a great experience with Sahorii on our ramen tour. Upbeat and friendly she made our experience fun. The different bowls of ramen along with their origin stories was tasty and interesting and we got to enjoy strolling through different neighborhoods in the process. Highly recommend for ramen lovers!

This was my first exposure to any kind of ramen tasting. Frank’s ramen tour was the perfect introduction to the world of ramen tasting. Thanks to Frank’s insight and informed grasp of the ramen landscape in Tokyo, he laid out the best, comprehensive, diverse and tasty itinerary of ramen tasting one could ever experience. It was truly fascinating to learn the historical evolution of the ramen dish. After going on Frank’s ramen tour, I am really seeing how ramen is quite the involved culinary art. I highly recommend a ramen adventure with Frank! So delicious and informative. I would do this tour again and again because ramen is so dynamic and Frank is a master at his trade seeking different and delicious flavors all over Tokyo. I learned so much and was delighted to hear a Star Trek Picard-Riker reference when describing the ramen shop owner and his Number 1. One tour mate shared his recipe and it was interesting to see what type of ramen everyone chose. Amazing experience all around and I had plenty to eat! Thank you!

Frank is a wonderful guide who is deeply knowledgeable and passionate about ramen, including it's history and recent trends. And, because he takes you to three different places that offer mini bowls you get to try an incredibly diverse and delicious variety of ramen styles. This tour was a highlight of our time in Tokyo, and we will definitely do it again when we return!
