The bus did not wait for us to get off. It walked and dropped us off at a stop half an hour away from our stop. It did not wait even 4 minutes at our stop.

Excellent bus service , bus was warm and clean .arrival and depart times were extremely punctual . The outlet is stunning however expensive and limited stock . Plenty of restaurants and play areas for children .

We were in town from Chicago and used the bus service to go from downtown Milan to the designer outlet mall. This mall is very nice and great deals were had at Prada and Gucci. Everything went smoothly like planned. The bus staff was great. Would definitely go there again and use the bus transportation if I were in Milan!

I would not recommend to take the bus from Milan to the outlet mall because the staffs are very rude. My experience with the bus company Zani Viaggi was really bad and the driver made us pay extra money in cash for us to get on the bus which I assumed he put it in his own pocket.

Everything was fine about this tour except for the tour operator and the bus operator giving me a hard time to board the bus to and from the outlet because they were unfamiliar with my Viator ticket. Once they saw that the ticket said operated by Zani Viaggo (the partnered tour company Viator uses) they allowed me to board the bus. You are better off doing this through Zani Viaggo rather than doing it thorough Viator in my opinion because being refused to board the bus was an inconvenient annoyance.

Not a tour but great mall and bus ride

The tour was very easy and the bus dropped us off right in front of the mall. However, I would specify and not call it a tour as there was no tour guide nor narration — you are simply paying for the bus ride. It was a little confusing on where and what time to arrive for our journey back to Milan. But otherwise, it was a great experience, the mall has all of the major luxury shopping brands particular to Italian designers and more, and the bus ride was very comfortable!

This was really overrated, not many designer shops, the ones that were there had more clothes then bags. We went in august arrived at 11:30am bus didn’t come back till 4:15 to pick us up, we were literally done in 2 hrs but had to wait till bus picked us up. It was very hot no shelter or shaded area unless restaurants or cafes.

I was run about 6 mins late. I sent in a message 10 minutes before my arrival to let them know and asked them to see if the driver can wait. No responded. When I arrived, bus has left and the center customer support gal was terrible and run. Any then when it was time to go back from the shopping center, the 19:15 bus has room and the driver was going to let me go on in since he has room. But two other girls was able to paid him $10 in cash, so of course he let them in and left me behind. WTH?!!

We will give it a 4 stars. We double and triple confirmed with the driver that we were able to catch any bus timings for our returns by showing them our 2 ways tickets. But later were threatened that the other timings buses were full (no buses going back to city) and were asked to pay EUR 5 extra EUR 5 per pax if we wish to get on the bus. No receipts were issued for this payment. The vendor should tell visitors to stay on with the return timings instead.
