You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This place is Beautiful. I dont mind visiting this place again with my kids and I know they will love it. The ambience is so pretty. Taking the private cruise is awesome. Food is great. My tour guide Sara is very nice. Very organized tour.

The tour itself was great, our Tour Guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Lake Como is beautiful and so is Bellagio. We were given plenty of time to roam around Bellagio and the town of Como. Our only issue was checking in, it was like we weren’t wanted on this tour. First the guy we checked in with (not our tour guide) tried to tell us that our tour already left, then when we showed him the time, he tried to tell us we were not listed on this tour. We had to show him our names on his list before he accepted that we were on the tour. I’m not sure why he was so set on us not getting to go, he wasn’t on the tour, he was just the person checking us in. If we hadn’t looked at the list ourselves, we would have missed it and wasted a lot of money.

We were a little unfortunate with the weather but Lake Como is still very beautiful! I liked that we were given free time so we could explore on our own. Nice guide who gave the tour in Spanish and English.

Easy pick up from near the Central station and a comfortable coach which was made better by not being full. The journey to and from Lake Como had some good views and the commentary by Josephine was excellent. The fog cleared in perfect time for our boat tour which was lovely. Bellagio was a very pretty little place and the 1 hour 30 mins or so we had was a good amount of time for a wander around, a visit to the shops and to get something to eat. We then had 2 hours in Como town which was also lovely and there was plenty to see and do and time to get a relaxed drink and a gelato. It was a very nice day with lovely warm weather and we saw some lovely sights. Highly recommended!

Our guide (Giusi) and driver (Francesco) were fantastic! While it’s clear that the Lake Como, Bellagio areas are beautiful, the weather was definitely not clear. Had the weather been better, our tour would have been more enjoyable.

Beautiful scenery, great guide, need time to eat!

Despite the rain, the scenery was amazing. Our guide was friendly and had great stories, in THREE languages! The only drawback is not enough time on either Como nor Bellagio. There is not enough time to have a meal, and being gone from 1030am-730pm without food isn’t great. I would skip the last stop for coffee and spend an extra 45 min in Bellagio.

I visited during low season, and while the towns and views were beautiful, almost nothing was open in the first two towns which took away from my experience. The final stop in Como was wonderful and the town was bustling but the first two were almost completely boarded up for the season. I would absolutely recommend this tour but to go after Easter time when the cities have opened up for tourists again.

Daniell was a great guide. He explained everything in just enough detail. He was also fluent in several languages (Italian, English, Spanish, French, etc.) and used them all. Although most everyone understood English, he asked where everyone was from and then tried to repeat his narration in as many languages as necessary - a very nice touch. Our driver was also very conscientious about safety and was a very safe driver on the road. We felt very comfortable in their hands for the day.

Absolutely Amazing trip!

There is another tour which includes Lugano however we specifically chose this so that we get to spend more time in Bellagio and como city and our decision played off well. We had private boat tour which was just stunning and we got enough time. Our guide Sonia and driver Maximo both were fantastic and I must say this is of the best trip we had.

This was a great tour. The boat ride on Lake Como was fun. I could actually see the Alps while on the boat too. The tour guide gave us several hours to tour Bellagio on our own. We then went into Como, and the guide gave us a walking tour. We then were able to tour Como independently. I couldn't believe how much I was able to see in a day trip.

Lake was beautiful. Bellagio village was beautiful. Town of Como not all that great. Same as every other old town in Europe other smaller, crowded and not a very pretty city, kind of dirty and rundown. Some guests were a half hour late getting back to bus holding everyone up, should have left them there like their literature says they will.
