Excellent experience

Stefano was a wonderful tour guide. He was knowledgeable on how to take the perfect photo. As well as shared the history of the different areas we visited. He was able to take us to areas of Venice with no tourists. I highly recommend this experience if you love photography.

I can't say enough good things about Stefano. He's an amazing photographer. He shared so much of his knowledge during the walk. Not only did he share tips on capturing and editing photos, but he also shared some amazing stories that only a local Venetian would know. The three hours went by really fast. Stefano is super kind, personable and loves his dear Venice. The photo walk was definitely a highlight of my short time in Venice. I have beautiful photos to prove it. I'm considering a return trip and if go back I will book the photo walk again. Thanks to Stefano!

I've taken several private tours throughout Europe and this is the best one yet. What made this truly stick out is that the photography skills I learned from Stefano can easily translate to all future trips. During the three hours he taught me about photo composition and basic photoshop skills, and he is such a great teacher that my friends commented on the improved quality of my pictures from photos I took after the tour. Stefano is also Venetian, so it was a real treat to learn about local life and walk through less touristy areas with him. I also appreciated that the day before the tour he sent me a map to help me find the meeting point so we were able to start right on time.

Stefano is absolutely amazing! This is a historical tour with secret hidden gems all over the city. Not only did he take your photos of you, but spent time with me and my son showing us how to take photos ourselves with the angles, shadows, symmetry and tricks on phone to optimize our photos for life! Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Stefano's work and reputation speak for itself. Stefano is native to Venice and knew amazing places to go and photograph. He has intimate knowledge of Venice and demonstrated amazing teaching acumen and patience. He's talent to guide you on composition, color balance and various techniques were out of this world. I will be coming back to Venice and will book multiple tours with Stefano. In such a beautiful place it can be difficult to find the true gems with so much charm and incredible views around every corner. Stefano not only found the most brilliant jewels amongst the gems but knew when, how and which to photograph them to give you lifelong memories.

We were glad we chose the 7am-10am tour. Walking around Venice and taking photos at these hours is a bliss. The weather is cool and there are very few people in the streets. We were able to take beautiful and memorable photos. Stefano took us to his friend’s Gondola workshop and his friends mask and lab store and was able to take photos. We stopped and had espresso and tea for a few minutes to rest. Don’t miss this tour in Venice. I had so many amazing photos and learned a lot from Stefano. Highly recommend.

Stefanonwas a great guide to picture spots around the city. He was also very good showing tips for composition of the photos. I was worried about only having a camera phone (impromptu tour due to cancelled flight) and didn't have my camera. This did not present any issues. Thanks the great tour!

We chose to go at 7AM and had the unusual and wonderful experience of being able to see the sights with very few other people around. It also gave us the chance to not feel rushed if we wanted to spend more time at a particular venue. The lighting was great at that time of day, the photographer was exceptionally helpful and it was special to see Venice “waking up”.

This 7-10am walk through Venice is one of a kind. Stefano, a world renowned photographer who frequently works wtih international publications such as The Times and Getty Images, gives you an eye-opening perspective of one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The light at this time of the day is breathtaking and Venice without the madness of the crowds is magical. I am new to photography but Stefano was patient and kind with sharing his advice and tips on how to capture beautiful images. Stefano is a Venice native (he grew up on one of the alley ways off of Campo S. Bortolomio) and is able to give you a deeper understaing of Venice's rich history and cutlure. He also seems to know everyone in the city! Thank you for the amazing expereince.
