We are sorry about your experience Julie. However, this review doesn't picture the exact situation of what happened. We tried to get in touch with you several times without any success when we realized you were late for your tour. We also offered to reschedule the experience given that you couldn't find the location and exceptionally offered a refund too in case there was any misunderstanding. Additionally, directions to our locations are very clear in our listing. Sorry you had a bad experience, but as you can see we did try our best to help.
