    • It is mandatory to be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the departure time, upon arrival at the redemption location you should present your printed voucher to the representative, once verified you obtain the ticket and can join the tour.
    • The tour will not take place in case of exceptionally bad weather, boats are completely covered, the tour operates regularly in case of rain (in these cases it can be postponed the days after).
    • On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit: https://cda.ve.it
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    We were supposed to tour a glass factory and were dropped off at the pier with no direction on where to go or what to do. We did not see a working factory but only the most touristy area of the island. We sat on the lower deck of the boat because of the wind. The guide was on the top deck so we could not hear a thing she said. Overall, we paid for a windy boat ride.

    Enjoyed Murano very much. Most of the time was spent at the glass factory which was fun but would have preferred walking around the town a little more. We had a wonderful time.

    I gave it to stars, because the glass blowing example was very interesting. However, I would suggest getting a water, taxi pass, and visiting the islands on your own. The little guidance they gave on the tour was very difficult to hear.

    I only chose this tour as it had the blue glass comet in the promo image, which I wanted to see, but I never got to see the comet. I feel this is false advertising. Sorry. Disappointed 😞

    Easy way to have a short visit to Murano and Burano.

    Burano was a much more interesting place to visit than Murano. We saw a glass factory demonstration in Murano but there is not much else to do on the island. I would’ve preferred more time on Burano and less on Murano. The tour did get us to these destinations and to the glass making demonstration and all of that would’ve been hard to arrange on your own. Overall, the tour accomplished what we were looking for -transportation and some free time to explore on Burano.

    No more food tours

    This was 2 for 2 of mediocre and expensive food tours. Cancelled the next one in Madrid. Our guide tried to make it fun but the food was absolutely awful. And that’s saying a lot in Venice where every meal we’ve had has been fabulous. One dish served looked like bait. 2 offerings of one small glass of wine. Go out for dinner instead. “Ghost” portion of tour was endlessly boring

    We were very glad we purchased this tour. The entire area of Venice is only like a 1.5 miles square. So we walked to the meeting point, stopping first at San Marco Square and then a short walk to meet the tour guide. A very pleasant lady guided us in a casual stroll through town for some local snacks like home made cheeses, soppressata on bread, sundried tomatos with cheeses and some great tasting local wines. We all returned back to the meeting point and met with another guide who then took for a stroll around, telling tales of Venice's legends and ghosts. It was an interesting and tasty tour for sure. Worth the money!

    Venetian Savor's was a nice tour. We enjoyed visiting the various restaurants and tasting the many flavors of Venice! Would recommend it.

    Le isole sono davvero molto belle. Ma sembra più un viaggio per far spendere in acquisti. Tant'è vero che la guida faceva pure da cassiera nel negozio di artigianato. L'imbarcazione direi discreta, la guida scarsa. Se fossimo andati con il vaporetto sarebbe stato la stessa cosa, ma più economico.
