Good food, disinterested service

The food was really good, the service was not so good. Once the wait staff realized we were the prepaid group menu they seemed to have very little interest in us.

Absolutely loved our waiter, Nicola! He was devine. Gave us extra special attention. I could tell this was just who he was. Hard Rock is lucky to have him. PS the food was awesome...but you know that😉

The starter was a choice between salad or onion rings, the main course was an ok choice but tasted terrible. The waiter we had was great but when he was done with his shift we had no one I) check it’s ok II) take our food away III) give us dessert menus.

Staff were very accommodating of our needs and ensured that we had a good time. We had the diamond menu which was excellent value for money! The vegetarian option was good and staff were very careful with making sure we didn’t have anything that we were allergic to. Good vibes and good people. Loved it and will definitely be going back!

absolutely lovely! the staff are fab! our server was amazing and had such a fun personality. I'm gutted i can't remember his name to make sure he received thanks! thank you for making our first time eating at a Hard Rock Cafe a memorable one! the food itself with this deal is great value for money, we did our research before we went and for what we got for £25pp (E) you cant go wrong especially in the centre of Venice!
