Excellent family friendly intro to Venice!

Francesca met us promptly, even early, at our pickup point. She immediately helped gauge our tour based on our activity level (we had flown in from Chicago the night before). She gave an delightful tour, taking us to major sites and out of the way places we would have never found on our own. She engaged our kids extremely well! Highly recommended!

Do not book! Our tour guide was a no-show. In looking back at the reviews, they are from 2016. I do not think they are still in business. Very disappointing for our family. Thankfully, Viator refunded us immediately.

Cristina our guide was brilliant and really good with our 7 year old son who was kept interested throughout the walking tour. Having someone who can guide you away from the crowds during the July heat is a massive benefit and we still covered all the main spots and some really interesting history. Fantastic trip!

Our tour and our guide was great. We saw everything that we could see in Venice during our one day stay. The guide was great and she talked to us in fluent English and waited for us to translate what she said to our children. We had a great time and even though it was two and a half hour walk our children managed to keep up, which is great.
