Vi njöt verkligen av vår mattur med Fredrica som var mer än otrolig och en extremt kunnig guide. Vi lärde oss så mycket och maten var helt otrolig. Ett stort tack till Fredrica - detta var höjdpunkten på vår resa och vi skulle rekommendera turnén till alla våra vänner och familj

Frederika var verkligen förtjusande. Full av energi, kunskap och känner till sin stads matscen. Vårt första stopp var ett typiskt kafé med bakverk från söta till salta, all mat och vin ingår! , sedan till en balsamvinägerprovning med en kort genomgång av hur vinägern görs och förvaras. Baren där du kan ta med din egen mat så länge du dricker är ett tjat! Frederika lade fram ett uppslag av bröd, kött och ostar och beskrev var och en när vi grävde i, Lambrusco var en perfekt kombination! Sedan till lunch på en trattoria med provsmakning av två pastasorter, mer vin och gelato vid nästa stopp. Bli hungrig, det finns gott om mat! !

The guide was very nice and informative. We had a fairly large group of people for the tour. It was a bit long and the food wasn’t very good outside of the gelato.

Best food tour I’ve ever been on. The wine, food, and fun facts about Bologna and it’s food history/culture was so interesting. The food was melt in your mouth good. Perfecto! Sonia lead us through some of the most delicious streets in Bologna. She gave us some historical facts and many food facts. We loved every stop from the cheese, meats, and sparkling wine from the market that we shared at the Osteria del Sole, to the tortellini and pasta in the restaurant, to the Gelato. Come hungry! The food and wine are amazing.
