Fun, majestic, well paced

The fun car ride going up the mountain. Kiana and Ethan had lots of fun trivia’s games and quirky photoshoot before the bike ride. The bike ride going down the mountain was really exciting and beautiful. We had an amazing sunset by te beach for our last stop.

Glad I did this- lots of fun! Everything was great lots of points of interest and some Hidden gem Sites. tour guides were great- funny and gave us lots of fun information about the island. Easy to do even with my not so good knee. It’s all downhill just one small part Is a gradual incline for maybe a couple of minutes but not bad at all. And the sunset at the end was great!!

Super fun downhill bike ride and 2 awesome guides-Keaneau and Ethan The rainbow over the canyon was spectacular and added bonus. We did this as a family with 2 teen boys. They loved it! You can’t go wrong!

Eddie and Ethan were excellent guides (they really have this excursion “wired”, a surfing term, it’s a great thing.). They told us the plan ahead of time, each step along the way, so there were no surprises. Both were great communicators, added to what was an awesome excursion, and generally just fun to be around. They were on time and professionally laid back. This is a great experience for the money. Read the advanced info on what to bring, show up on time or early and enjoy.

Would not call it a mountain biking trip. 3 hours in a van with too many stops. Pretty cringey/awkward throughout. Would not recommend to similar couples(30’s decently active). Kind of a waste of 4 hours.

No images or literature ever implied this is a mountain biking tour, we operate exactly as it is described, “waimea canyon downhill bike ride on pave road making the most out of the van ride up, this is a group activity” We wish you would read carefully or thoroughly on the description so you would not be dissapointed and give a bad review for something that was clearly described. We try to engage with every guest and get to know them, we also acknowledge the tour guides personality not always match every guest, however, we will continue to bring a smile, try to make everyone feel welcome, and share the aloha on every tour. It will be cringey and awkard on every tour if the guest isolates themselves, if they do not have any interest to socialized/interact with the guides or others on a group setting or simply have a bad approach from the very beginning. We are sorry you did not inform yourself properly and had a great time with us. We understand this might not be everyones ideal activity, as we also understand we do not always get the best guests either. Hard pass on people that do not want to engage or be awkward.

Waimea canyon bike ride

We had weather that was a little rainy and cloudy and were unsure how this trip would turn out but it ended up being a blast! Our guides Ernesto, Keyana and Ethan were very kind, caring and lots of fun. Ernesto was determined to find us some weather we could view that was not all clouded in and finally at the top we got a beautiful view down to the ocean. The ride itself was a little scary at first due to the rain and the speed of the bikes but as we went down it became more comfortable and the stops down for pictures was a lot of fun with the ocean sunset the cherry on top. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with your company and especially the guides, thank you!

The team of Ernesto, Ethan and Kiana (probably butchered that spelling) were knowledgeable, helpful a lot of fun. They took the time to learn everyone's name and what they do in the real world. The ride is well-managed - a safe way to experience a speedy and very scenic downhill adventure. There are several stops along the way, both on the way up in the van and down on the bikes to observe the impressive canyon. Highly recommended.

We had a great time. Our guide Ernesto and Ethan made it fun and entertaining, especially with all the photo tricks up their sleeve! The weather was cloudy and rainy when we started but cleared up when we got to the top and we were rewarded with a rainbow. Highly recommend!

We had the best time on the Waimea Canyon Downhill Bike Ride! They should get 6 stars! The whole experience from start to finish was so well done- our guides Ernesto and Keana went over the top sharing great stories and taking us to the best lookouts. They truly made the trip with their warmth and infectious energy! The pictures we took don’t even look real! The ride itself was a blast and the view was just extraordinary. Finishing watching the sunset was just the perfect cherry on top of such an already wonderful day. Thank you Ernesto and Keana!!
