Lovely to see Amsterdam from the water and the boat driver was skilled.. The boat was very crowded and the space allotted to each person felt small. The office staff not very friendly.

The tour served its purpose of showing my family around some highlights of Amsterdam but there was nothing special. If you want anything personalized or ready to accommodate mobility issues, we suggest booking elsewhere

The commentary kept starting and stopping then repeating what it just said, there were too long a gaps in between the information, and when the captain tried to tell us something about a building, we couldn’t see what building he was talking about. I really didn’t learn anything

The captain of the boat was friendly and welcoming. In addition to the prerecorded commentary, he pointed out things of interest along the route. At the end of the trip everyone was invited to keep their headphones. If you’ve ordered a snack pack, don’t forget to pick it up from the kiosk when you get your ticket.

Unfortunately this canal cruise was not nearly as informative as the last one I was on. I was hoping to hear so many more facts about Amsterdam and the canals and I just feel like there wasn’t as much information and the guide was not very informative or interactive.

Would have been nice to get more commentary, even just random interesting Amsterdam facts. Lots of music on the commentary that could have been filled up making the experience more interesting. But it was good.

Canals and the Harbour

Headphone commentary around the canal system with useful bits of history etc. It was interesting to go right out of river into harbour area as you don't see that when walking about. The boat was nice and warm and it was rather cold wet day . Obviously on a covered boat you don't see as much and harder to take photos

The boat was comfortable and the commentary was excellent. It was informative but not intrusive into the enjoyment of sailing down the lovely Amsterdam canals. Saw all we wanted to see and got ideas of places to take a closer look at on land.
