What To Expect
After pickup from your hotel, the airport or the station, board your ship in time for lunch. See the engineering marvel that is Aswan High Dam, then ride a boat to tranquil Philae Temple, returning to your cruise for dinner and a folklore show.
Day two starts early so you can beat the heat at the Abu Simbel Temples: You’re back on board in time for lunch. Sail to Kom Ombo and tour the temple with your guide. After dinner on board, overnight in Edfu.
After breakfast on day three, board a horse and carriage and trot along the Nile to the majestic Temple of Horus. Watch timeless scenes glide by as you cruise to Luxor, with lunch and afternoon tea on board. See the vast Luxor Temple and possibly Karnak too before dinner and a belly dance show.
It’s another early start on day four, but the sunrise views from your hot-air balloon more than justify it. After breakfast, check out, then discover the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon. There’s an optional stop for lunch (own expense) and a visit to Karnak Temple if you missed it yesterday before your tour finishes at the airport, the station, or your hotel.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Had a woderful and memorable trip . Enjoyed a lot. Food was delicious and lot of varieties. Guide Mohammed was excellent . He has wide knowledge of egyptian history. So overall nice experience all together.

Talaat Abdo was a very nice guide.
He was always with us and explained everything. He has a very nice egyptian knowledge.

Good tour once you manage to get there. Cruise is only available on certain weekdays which isn't mentioned on the Viator listing. We booked the cruise and then our flights accordingly. We only received a message a few days afterwards (from Modi tours) saying that our tour had been rescheduled as it is not available on Tuesdays. We lost £200+ in flights as a result. Called the tour company but the person who answered spoke very poor English and then hung up. We messaged to ask for any alternative dates but got no response.
The cruise itself is decent. Food is fine, and the rooms were clean although dated. The top deck was lovely. For the price paid, it is great value.
Our tour guide Talaat Abdo was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about all of the sites. He knew a lot of specific detail on all the temples. He was very organised and led the group to all the spots on time. He was easy to reach by message and very responsive - 5/5.

First time in a cruise and it was a great experience. All the crew was very kind and helpful. We explored a lot of emblematic places all over the nile river. Our guide Mohamed Gobran taught us a lot of things about the ancien Egypt and was very helping with all the necessary details of our trip. The boat is little old but charming, comfortable cruise. Everything you need is there like fridge, hair dryer, soap and towels. The meals were delicious and different at every lunch and dinner. The chef and staff even did a performance.
Our guide Mohamed Gobran took care of everything for us including collect tips for the drivers and cruise staff. Entry fees and tips are separate to the cruise fee but all arranged by Mohamed. He also gave us great explanations at each site.
To fit everything in we had to start early to see everything and to make the cruise departure times. But later had plenty of time to relax on the boat. There is a bar on 4F and a sun deck with pool on the roof.
It was a great cost performance cruise, we could see all the famous spots!
