If your arrival to Aswan is so early,so we will start the tour direct upon arrival as Cruise check in at 12:00.
Prices are quoted in U.S dollars,per person per trip and valid,except during Christmas,New Year,Easter holidays.
Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile,Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated.We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order.

If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip.
If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room.
If your traveling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.
The tour ends on the last day in Luxor city around 4 to 5 pm, so evening departure is recommended.
Pregnant ladies are not allowed for the Hot Air Balloon trip. (please, advise)

Overall very nice experience

Overall is a very good experience. You get to visit the temples around the Nile and at the same time have a relaxing time on the cruise ship. The main guide, Zakaria, as well as the guide in Abu Simbel, Walid, were very good, knowledgeable and attentive. The cruise ship was okay, breakfast wasn't very good but lunch and dinner were good. The staff in the cruise was nice and everything was clean. The organizer was extra attentive and responsive, checking with us. Thank you Bassant! The organization of the tours could have been a bit better. For example, we woke up at 4am to visit Abu Simbel, just to be back in the cruise by 13h and have nothing else to do during the day. Or the last day, we woke up at 4.30am again and had so many visits to do without a stop for lunch finishing at 3pm. P.S: the hot air balloon is an amazing experience, highly recommended!

Great experience, the staff was very friendly all time. The food was delicious, we are vegetarian and they always had several options in the menu. The cruise ship is old, but clean and comfortable. The guide was very friendly and helped us every time. The hot air balloon ride was awesome! The price didn’t include the tickets for the temples, so we paid for them and the tips for the cruise staff, drivers, guide, etc. The logistics and coordination were really good, They were attentive to how we were doing all time Thank you Bassant ❤️

The agency was very responsive for the whole trip, we got the name of the cruise ship 24h before our departure:SEMIRAMIS 3. Our guide,Rocky,was experienced and it was enjoyable talking with him. We were just him and us on all the excursions ,so no big groups fortunately. Read the program carefully because the cruise doesn't sail for the first 2 days so basically u have only one day sailing ,it's very enjoyable anyway. Our hot air baloon due to weather conditions was cancelled, the agency offered a refund. When u read the program on viator it says: pick up point for hot air baloon at 5 am so we thought it was gonna be at sunrise which is way more beautiful than doing it middle morning, when we asked clarification on this point, the agency replayed that for sunrise hot baloon there was an extra charge of 50€ each,but in case of delays if u fly after sunrise,u don't get any refund so i suggest u clarify any doubts u may have before booking. To keep in mind, as specified on the program, u have to pay all the entrances everywhere which is 7/10 € per person, per site. Plus tipping all the drivers and also the cruise staff and the guides,So calculate also these expenses when u plan your trip. We are quite happy about the agency itself and our guides, there were some details about the schedule that could be improved tho. In every site u visit u have a limited amount of time there ,we felt quite rushed all the time . Especially Abu Simbel,where we spent only 2h and took 6h driving total to get there and back,but I guess all the tours/ agencies follow the same schedule. Food on the cruise is enjoyable more or less, except for the breakfast which is terrible,but it's quite always the same every day. Drinks on board are not expensive so u don't need to buy water outside (when we were there exchange rate was 1€/53 le) water onboard is 25 le and beer 130le approx. Rooms were fine and cruise itself was 5stars but don't expect 5 starts hotel level , Semiramis 3, our cruise was quite old but clean and comfortable. Staff was always kind and available. Overall an enjoyable experience for the price we paid,but if u thunk this could be the only time in your life u' ll everd do a Nile cruise I'd suggest to consider doing a dahabeya cruise.

The food, getting up early, the sun on rhe deck, getting all organized for me. I enjoyed those. What i didnt enjoyed: crew not nice at all, tipping everyone even when the service was mediocre, fridge in the room didnt work, pool table uncomplete, horrible drinks.

This was a great experience. The ship was ok and our room clean. The issue is the WiFi doesn’t work even if you pay for that. The tours were amazing and Sabry our Spanish guide was the best. Daily, He was explaining our next day itinerary. Even if you have an estimated itinerary, please don’t rush because everything depends on the departure of the ship. Food is ok but don’t killed us, but it was a variety of food buffet

A total rip-off

My worst experience for spending as much as 690 dollars ever. Many other guests on the boat told me they only spent around 420-500 dollars (equivalent of a solo traveler like me) for the same cruise but without the guided tours to many attractions (just 3 nights stays with meals). So basically I spent around more than 200 dollars for the guided tours. But what did I get? I paid all the admission fees, and tipped the drivers at least four times (100 egyptian pounds each time, more expensive than hiring a driver for us 7 people!) and the guide as well. Is tipping optional? Theoretically yes but it’s almost impossible for one to refuse to pay because everyone else is looking at you when it’s required by the guide. In other countries, tipping is just small money but here tipping constitutes well-above-average salaries for the drivers and guides! So does this travel agency EVER PAY their employees?? Seemingly, the only thing I got from the 200 dollar tour was the hot air balloon which was just 10 dollars if I booked directly from them. The boat was not bad but somehow I couldn’t have my pickup location confirmed (no one from this company replied to me from Viator!) so I missed my first lunch and was compensated for a horrible packed cold lunch on the last day! I also stayed at different boats (one for the first night and another one for the other two nights), and the first boat was definitely worse than the second one. The guide was a good man and he was the only good part of this journey. Considering the prices in Egypt, if you skip this tour and directly go to the boat to book the cruise, and hire a driver for all the transportation, you can save at least 150 dollars.

Cruise - The room was cozy but had some old smell. The shower was good with hot water. - The staff was nice and friendly in general. However, the staff at the concierge wasn't nice. All their concern was tipping - Food....Unfortunately, some members of our group had food poisoning including my husband. He had to go to the bathroom more than 20 times a day. I'm not sure if it's from veggies (washed with not clean water), or any other food. Tour - The tour guide was great most of the time. He had good knowledge and explained to us about the culture, history, and mythology well. He was nice and friendly. However, he wasn't quite punctual. For the hot air balloon tour, we had to wait more than half for our driver to show up. I don't know if there was a miscommunication between the guide and the driver. It wasn't pleasant to wait at 5.45 am and miss sunrise from the sky.

I booked the tour like a day before and it was processed quickly by Mona, who arranged the pickup/ drop off quickly for me and support via whatsapp during the whole trip, so helpful! I was a bit hesitate about the boat because of a few review about the boat was not good but I got arranged a really good cruise and it was very clean, luxurious, comfortable for this trip. I would say it's often a bit of a luck because they have to arrange different cruise at different time and availability so it will not be a bad suite as reviewed, at least not in my case. I got good sleep during the trip and it was important because this tour is packed with so many activities and you mostly need to be up at 5am to start exploring. The tour reveals so many beautiful spots and the rich history here. I got lost with the history par but still really enjoying the all of them with my tour guide Ahmed elmahdy. He was happy to explain all the questions and also accommodated all your needs during the trip. He is super fun tour guide and takes care of each and everyone on the trip even if you're travelling solo. Overall if you're reading this review, book it and you will not regret, this time of the year is best to explore as it's not too hot during the day. I very grateful for this tour. Thanks so much again.

Very bad experience.

We are having bad experience with Viator and the tour operator. As per the voucher, the entrance fees for Abu Simbel, Philae temple and all Luxor temples was included in the tour price, but for all the visits so far I have to pay separately. Each time I called, messaged Viator, they had different response and they were going with the tour operator instead of the emails that was sent. The food wasnt that good also. Tour guide /operative wasnt responsive also.

A great trip that covers lots of sites from Aswan to Luxor. The hot air balloon over Luxor was the highlight of the trip! Definitely recommend going down river from Aswan to Luxor as the temples you visit along the way get better as you go along. Our guide Zakarya was excellent and had the perfect balance of giving enough information about the sights we visited but also giving us time to explore on our own. We had good communication from the tour organiser Mona before and during the trip too which helped us know what to expect. The cruise boat was comfortable, with a good size room and had a tasty buffet for the meals on board.

Beware of Here Egypt Tours

We had high hopes for this excursion based on reviews but unfortunately I think it all depends on the boat and tour guide (all left to chance) that you end up with. The operator, Here Egypt Tours was a nightmare to deal with. The communication was poor and we never knew what was going on. They had overbooked the boat and chose not to tell us so we ended up on a one star boat that was disgustingly dirty the first night and had to be transferred to the actual boat we booked/paid for the remainder of the trip. Our tour guide seemed to hate his job and was so bad it was almost comical. I am sure it would have been a pleasant experience had we been on the five star boat to begin with and had a better guide but I would not recommend this tour as our experience was not good. The tour operator also refused to issue a partial refund for the first night so would not recommend you do business with them especially since they had adequate opportunity to let us know of their error with the booking.

So many sites to see

We loved seeing all the temples of which there are many on this tour. Do note that two of the days have early starts (Abu simbel and the hot air balloon day) around 5am but they’re well worth the early rise. The boat was of good quality, clean with nice food and a pool. Whilst the boat claims to be 5*, this is an Egyptian 5* not comparable to say the USA so please manage your expectations based on the price you pay. Drinks are not included and the boat charges a premium but you can buy bottles of water from shops when on land which are cheaper. Egypt does have a big tipping culture so it’s good to have small notes on you at all times. These do add up so be aware of the extra cost. On the boat they told us to tip at the end in an envelope which is much easier than tipping everyone individually especially as many workers on the boat are not customer facing. Overall we had a great time and the tour was good value for money.

Breathtaking Nile Cruise!

Definitely surpassed all expectations we had. This was our first visit to Aswan/Luxor. The cruise was absolutely beautiful and the excursion were breathtaking. What made this experience so amazing was having a guide who prepared, planned, picked up, dropped off, explained, educated, translated and spoke the most fluent English, not to mention his sense of humour🤣. . . His name is Osama Ghazaly!!!! Highly recommend you get a guide if you want to experience the best of Aswan and Luxor. As for the cruise- amazing rooms, staff, food was exceptional!! We have special dietary needs and Head Chef Ayman cooked the most delicious food daily. Can not thank our guide Osama and chef Ayman for taking such exceptional care of me and my son. Highly recommend this cruise!!

Amazing experience getting to know landmarks of egyptian history by the hand of the best tour guide in Egypt, Osama Ghazaly. He has the best stories and all the answers to your questions!! We had an amazing time! Plus the cruise we were put in was fantastic!! It was way above our expectations, the rooms were big, the food was really good and every day you could chose from several options. Highly recommended!!
