A very good well organized trip

It was a great and memorable trip. Our guide Matt was excellent. Everything was well organized from pickup from our hotel to getting to Figueres and Cadaques and back to our hotel. All was on time Matt gave us a lot of information about Salvador Dali on our way to in between and from. thank you

Miquel our guide in Figures and Wander our driver were wonderful. Wander in particular took such good care of us and was a such a kind man and an excellent driver. There was some communication issues with tour operator but Viator straightened it out and tour operator fixed the issue in a more than satisfactory way! Highly recommend it. Cadaques is a beautiful seaside town. Bring a swimsuit on a hot day. You’d have time for a quick dip or a seaside meal. Very special places. About 90 minutes to Figueres and 120 minutes back to Barcelona. The Dali museum and house are both fascinating. GO!! Life is short.

Very glad I booked this tour. It was ideal for a family with teens. The pick up from the hotel was greatly appreciated. Vicente was an excellent guide. Communication before the tour regarding timings and other details was most helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a wealth of information that he shared during the trip - a lot of things we did not know!! Our driver was very good too! Vicente kindly also advised where we could eat and other things to do in Barcelona - thank you. This was the highlight of our trip and a must for Dali fans.

Our guide Anatoli was outstanding! He brought Dali’s personality and meaning of his accomplishments to life! Anatoli had in-depth knowledge of many of Dali’s masterpieces and the areas we visited. He is by passionate about his job and made our day extra special and fun!!! We highly recommend this tour- a fascinating day of learning with the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful part of Spain.

My absolute favorite tour from Barcelona. I’m not even a huge art of Dali fan, I booked the trip as other people in our group were interested, but this was my absolute favorite tour of our entire trip in Barcelona. Gaspar was so knowledgeable and kept all the facts fresh and interesting. 100% absolutely recommend this tour.

Poor planning & worse response

The guide Mateus tried to remedy very poor planning. We booked a Spanish tour and got an English one instead with no prior notification. We would have canceled. Requested a 50% refund, denied within 30 hours. Will never use or recommend Viator to family or friends

A Fantastic Day with Dali and Marcelo

Wonderfully intimate excursion to the Dali Museum and the Dali house. Our guide Marcelo picked us up on time and entertained us with historical anecdotes about Dali, Gala and their many friends. We had lunch on our own at a place recommended by Marcelo. The house tour was about thirty minutes inside the house and about 45 outside the house in the gardens and surroundings. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our day.

Omid, our tour guide, along with our driver, provided a great day touring the Dali museum, Cadaqués and Port Lligat. Our 11 year old son was kept entertained, and Omid did a wonderful job keeping the information age appropriate but fascinating. It is a long day, but worth it to get out of Barcelona and see such beautiful countryside. Highly recommend!

An Excellent Tour

This is an excellent tour. Vincent the tour guide knows how to make it works. He communicated ahead of time about the pickup time and was there early to wait for us. That’s greatly appreciated. He spent time in the U.S. as a student so his English is impeccable. That makes it so much easier for us comparing to an earlier similar tour for which the tour guide , also the driver, could only speak Spanish. On that note we should give some credits due to the tour company who assigned Vincent to our group in addition to the driver who only speaks Spanish. The group consists of 3 Americans and four Spanish speaking tourists. Vincent switched between languages with ease and we felt very well informed. It’s a long tour that takes about 12 hours. Vincent is very experienced so he paced it well. The Dalí museum is spectacular to visit and Dali’s house is interesting too as it provides further insights into the artist’s inner world. Overall we are pleased with the tour and the experience it bring us - and would recommend it.

Lovely day exploring Dali and the coast with Rodrigo. He safely transported us timely, was engaging and answered questions, and shared stories of what it was like to live locally in Barcelona. He has excellent suggestions for the day. We had plenty of time to explore the Dali Museum and house and were not rushed. Having a tour of the museum meant we did not overlook important pieces within - which is easy to do. Thank you Rodrigo!

Our guide picked us up from our hotel, and he was punctual. His vehicle was comfortable. He managed our time well. He provided useful tips. He shared many interesting infos about Dali and his life. I wished we could've lingered a lot longer at the museum bec there's just so much to see. Of course, that's not possible. Figueres and Cadaques were fascinating places to visit. This was my favorite tour in/from Barcelona bec the guide delivered as expected.

This was a great tour - the guide, Vicente, was well-versed in art history and the history of the region. I was already familiar with Dali and surrealism going into the tour and still walked away learning so much about his life and work. The tour was well-paced and I never felt rushed or that we were lingering too long in one place.

Very fun relaxing day as transportation was provided from our apartment. Vincente was a wealth of information. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Dali’s life and art. He brought the tour to an enhanced level, I would highly recommend him as a tour guide. His timing at each stop was perfect and he was conscientious of all our individual needs. I applaud his ability to manage and present an outstanding tour.

Highly recommend this tour for any Dali fan. I think I would have typically would have rented a car and done it all myself but I’m so thankful for the small group and personalized experience this tour offered. Also since certain parts tend to sell out, the convenience of being able to easily stack the day and see it all together (and not fight traffic or parking) is unmatched. I was a little worried about not getting enough time in the museum, but thanks to the expertise of our guide Vicente, so many additional details about Dali and specific works were shared and brought to life that I never would have gotten alone or on an audio tour. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Highly recommended tour. Miguel was our guide and driver for the day. WhatsApp message evening before with pick up time from our hotel. 8.30. What a wonderful day we had, 8 strangers becoming friends and sharing a wonderful Dali day. A very personal experience helped enormously by Miquels passion and knowledge of everything Dali.
