What a wonderful experience! I learned how to make some delicious paella while also meeting some new people and having a family-style dinner with the most amazing wine! This class was a blast! The team was really fun and they did an amazing job not only helping us cook a delicious meal, but helping the group of strangers bond. By the time that cooking was complete and we all sat down together to eat, it felt like a group of friends. Of course, the bottomless drinks were a part of that! if you don’t want to walk out quite drunk, do be careful to watchyour intake as your glasses are continually filled while you are cooking.

Alejandro was fabulous. So much enthusiasm and energy from him and his team made for an amazing experience. From the welcoming cava to the accommodations for dietary requests, amazing creations seemingly happened with fun and just the right anount of instruction!! Our group of diverse folks all united over food wine stories and music.Alejandro needs to come to the US and unify the divisiveness with paella!
