Complete tour of the Concord and Lexington skirmishes
      David_W, Oct 2023
Throughly enjoyed the 90 minute tour of the two battlegrounds which lead to the Revolutionary War and our eventual freedom from England. Nancy, our tour guide did an excellent job of describing the events that took place over the several days of the encounters. It was only her second presentation so we quite impressed with her knowledge of the subject. As for the trolley ride: get you tickets early on line as they sell out quickly, the seats are a bit small and the 90 minute tour is just tolerable, there are two tours per day at 10:00 and 11:45 and there is a lot of construction near the Welcome Center, making parking difficult. All the parking places are metered, some of which are credit card payment only via your phone. Leave enough time to search for a parking place, figure out how to pay for it and then walk to the Welcome Center.

      Liberty Ride is a Must-Do
      Phyllis_L, Oct 2023
We loved our guide! So knowledgeable and answered all our random questions. The drive to Concord was beautiful. All the very colonial homes. Flinging into the Minuteman National Park was a visual for the “story” we all know about the start of the Revolutionary War. Seeing the Old North Bridge was very special. Seeing The Orchard 😍

The guide was excellent! He filled the tour with so much history that I wished I’d have recorded it all! He answered all questions too and it was easy to tell that he loves this job. Many thanks for this memorable day!

The battlefield was nice. We couldn’t hear anything on the bus, so we had no idea what we were seeing.

The trolley was broken and we were on a bus. They kept turning the AC off because no one could hear the guide but that didn't help and we were just hot and couldn't hear anything being said. Even when we were outside the bus we couldn't hear him.
      Response from Host, Aug 2022

      Script and Trolley missing
      Tonya_D, Jul 2022
I had much higher expectations for this trolley tour of Lexington and Concord. First, the trolley was not available and it didn't seem this was a new issue. Instead we wound up on a big bus where your only view was out your little side window. We missed a lot of the landmarks because the seats in front of you are too high to see over. The tour guide was an older man who was stating dry facts if they occurred to him. him. I expected a running story of sorts and I think it would have been better if he had a script ready rather than ad-lib commentary--which was often an afterthought when we had already passed a historical landmark or place of interest. The bus ride did not allow us to see much of anything. I hope you get that trolley fixed soon. Was not pleased with this tour. The people at the Lexington Visitor Center were very nice and very helpful.
      Fun times

Good tour - tour guide gave more facts about current times than we expected but we would ask questions to bring him back to the history

Aside the rain, it was a wholesome tour. Our guide was knowledgeable. We were thrown back through time and got a good review of the times past. Totally enjoyed it.

I really liked being able to walk the north bridge abs listen to the story of how the battle would’ve played out.
