Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Coco bongo at Playa Del Carmen Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Tout était parfait, des paysages magnifiques, des animaux dans leurs habitats naturels… j’en ai prit pleins les yeux ! Le seul point noir est l’excursion dans la ferme aux crocodiles où les animaux ne sont pas suffisamment bien traités d’après moi. Ce ne sont pas des objets.

Cher client: Ce n'est pas une écloserie, c'est leur habitat naturel et ils vivent à l'extérieur, peut-être avez-vous été confus car la clôture métallique là-bas est pour la protection des clients, c'est-à-dire qu'elle empêche le passage des crocodiles, ce qui n'est que pour les voir dans leur habitat naturel Omar
