Overview

Experience Cozumel’s reef on this small-group door-to-door snorkeling adventure from Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. You’ll swim and snorkel at three separate spots: El Cielo, known for starfish, Columbia Reef and Palancar Reef, with full equipment provided, including a new snorkel tube. Enjoy water, soda or beer as you cruise, then savor a buffet lunch on the beach with a drink. A small dock fee is payable on the day.

Welcome to our Experience! We offer transportation from your hotel in Cancun, Puerto morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya. We will confirm the pick up time based on your hotel location after confirming, so please inform us the name of your hotel to provide you all the information

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION: During September 2023, the Palancar and Colombia reefs will be closed, due to the protection and care of the marine life of the natural reserve. Therefore, we will be visiting Xhul ha and Palancar (Herradura) reefs instead. Thank you for your understanding.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Disappointing excursion to Cozumel

The boat portion was great--the snorkeling, seeing the starfish, and also the stingrays. But, the pick-up at 6:30 a.m. showed up late--at 7:00 a.m. The tour was all spanish speaking patrons, and the guides barely spoke english to me, so I feel I missed a lot. It was very unorganized overall. They forgot us at the restaurant, so we ended up eating lunch at 4:45--we were starving, and it shortened the promised time to explore Cozumel by an hour. It was a much longer day than published.
