Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

  • The marina of departure is located at Cancun
  • The Catamaran can be a double decker or one floor sailing, this is assigned a the marina
  • We are in liberty to asign any meeting point for the places or hotels that we can't reach. We can asign security booths, Main Entrances, close by hotels or landmarks as meeting points
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

A fab day out! Sufficient time in Isla de Mujeres, snorkelling on the reef in vast empty space as there were no other boats, Contoy is simply Caribbean beauty. Great hosting throughout.

Contoy is indeed a Caribbean beauty, due to it's preservation laws, most of the area is free of people and boats This is the perfect place to enjoy the nature without any worries!
