Daniel our chef was amazing, highly skilled, knowledgeable and took time to explain and joy in sharing Peruvian cuisine and culture! Highly recommend. Very organized and fun experience. I loved the San Pedro tour and tasting immersion as he explained details about local fruits, potatoes, chocolates, cheeses, breads and more - an intimate immersion. I loved learning how to make a pisco sour and trout ceviche! My 17 year old nephew also fully enjoyed and opened his eyes to Peruvian culture and new experiences.

Having to experience cooking with my family in a nice Peruvian kitchen was amazing. Having to learn how to make Pisco sour and Peruvian seviche was unique.

It was a great experience! The day started with a tour of the market, where we got a thorough overview and detailed explanation of local produce and the use of them in Peruvian cuisine. The cooking space was well set up, the crew worked together seamlessly to make it a smooth and delicious experience for the whole group. We made so much beautiful food that the experience doubled as lunch for all of us. They also accommodated vegetarian option! Highly recommend!
Perfect first day activity for Cusco

Dael met us at the pick-up point and gave our group a thorough tour and education of the regions food and ingredients. Our class was a nearby walk away and his demonstrations and kitchen studio are wonderful. Impeccably clean and inviting. This is not a short or rushed experience (you make many courses) so be prepared. We had a light snack around 2 and we were glad we did so as to not get too hungry before our first meal. Also, our kids participated and did very well with only a little help. We think this was a great tour for our first day in Cusco as our bodies acclimated to the altitude. Thank you Dael.
Definitely recommend!

Great menu, learnt a lot about Peruvian culture and cuisine. Very professional and fun experience. Loved the Maracuja Pisco Sour!
Good Peruvian cooking experience. Needs Meat.

Excellent cooking class. Started off in the market with Mauricio our chef explaining every ingredient of the dish and where to find it in the Mercado. This is an actual hands on experience on most of the Peruvian dishes, although some of the ingredients were prepped ahead of time due to time constraints. The pisco sour and the ceviche - we definitely enjoyed. We can proudly say that we can make those on our own. We are giving this a 4 star just because of the lack of “meat.” We didn’t realize that all of the dishes catered to a vegetarian palate except for the ceviche (fish). I’d suggest adding the ground beef for the Stuffed pepper dish. And the potato soup would have benefitted more flavor. But overall, a good experience.
Worth every penny!

We had an amazing time with our chef Maurizio. We learnt a lot about local ingredients and the Peruvian gastronomy! We cooked three ceviches (traditional, ancestral and classical), a soup, a gratin, stuffed peppers and a dessert made from local fruits. We also made a passion fruit pisco sours. Thank you !

This is an exceptionally great tour! Dael made our experience very enjoyable. The tour around the market was informative and we were able to try many different Peruvian foods, several things we would have not otherwise tried!

This actually ended up being one of the highlights of my time in Cusco! Our chef, Diel (sp?) was very knowledgeable, personable, and truly made a fun experience for us. Starting at the market and learning about the different produce and foods was interesting. Then we made multiple dishes, enjoyed some Pisco Sour, and had lovely conversation. Would recommend for anyone wanting a fun and different experience than the usual hiking tours!

Amazing cooking class + market tour!

We absolutely loved our Cooking Class in Cusco! It was one of our favorite things on our 10 day trip. The tour of the market was fun and very educational. We got to try samples of cheese, fruits and chocolates while our knowledgable guide and chef, Daniel, explained each section of the market to us. Back in the beautiful studio, Daniel was a fantastic teacher and very patient with all of our questions. We loved learning how to make a unique Pisco sour, 3 types of ceviche, potato and cheese cake, stuffed rocoto relleno, and an organic fruit/chocolate/sorbet dessert. All the ingredients were fresh, organic and local. Can't recommend enough!
Amazing cooking class!!

We had an absolute BLAST at the cooking class. We met our guide and chef at the Central Market and he walked us through the entire thing, showing us the different products and good you can buy, teaching us about the unique items grown and harvested in Peru. Then we walked to the cooking studio and got to work. Every single second was fun! Every single bite was DELISH! It truly was the highlight of our trip and would have done it again the next day it was so good and so fun!! 10/10 recommend!!
