What To Expect

Emerge early and depart from Dublin in a luxury, air-conditioned coach destined for the Cliffs of Moher. Admire stunning vistas of the Irish countryside as your guide shares intimate knowledge of the region.

On arrival, embark on a leisurely walk along rugged coastal paths to the cliffs. Capture impressive photographs of the natural landmark during regular stops and gaze at the dramatic 702-foot (214-meter) summit. Just a phenomenal day

Our tour guide and driver was Finn. He was exceptional! Truly. He was an absolute perfect ambassador for Ireland and the whole day trip. We had such a great time. It’s informative, fun, and an exceptional day. I can’t recommend this trip enough. To see the Cliffs of Moher in person cannot compare to photographs or descriptions. You must go.
Great locations but long day

Cliffs of Moher and Galway were incredible and would love to return to these locations another time. However I feel like we did too much all in one day. I would have liked to explored the Cliffs and Galway much more but we only had an hour at these stops, and considering that it takes 2.5 hours to get here from (and back to) Dublin a lot of the day is already spent on the bus. I feel like Doolin and Burren could have been skipped in favor of giving us more time at the Cliffs and Galway. We only stopped at Doolin for lunch (in an overcrowded pub) and Burren for 10 minutes to take pictures.

We got really lucky and it was a sunny day at the cliffs! On double decker busses if you sit on the first floor you wont be able to see very much during the drives.

Our tour guide & expert driver Derek Nixon made the trip a memorable one! His passion for his job is evident as he exuded joy in making connections with the passengers, storytelling and even singing! Derek is a conscientious , safe driver who really impressed us with negotiating the terrain. The Cliffs of Moher were picturesque and ample time was given for exploration. The pub in Doolin we visited was a delightful treat with amazing service. Great day trip overall!!
Too many people, still a decent time though

So first I want to say that our driver Derek was great. He was very sweet and helpful, and he sang us multiple songs, which was really just fun and so entertaining. That being said, this was an overall alright experience. I agree with other people who said they wished for a little bit more time at each stop. Especially the Cliffs of Moher which I was most excited about, and we only got a little over an hour to explore there. This is in part because though our driver told us MULTIPLE times that we needed to be back by a certain time, the same people at every stop, were late. We waited 20 minutes for them at one point, and I just think that is SO rude and inconsiderate. Now mind you, this tour is huge. We were on a double decker bus with almost 100 people, so I recognize that getting people back can be hard, but frankly, leave them. Especially when there’s 90 other people who paid to have this experience. I think that a smaller group size would just create a more enriching experience for everyone. Still, I’m glad we booked this and got to drive across Ireland and see so many beautiful sights.

Tour left late. Bus driver nice but scattered. We only had less than hour at stops (were supposed to be 1 hr 30 minutes) because he allowed people to hold up the entire tour several times. It was a horrible time. We spent more time on Bus waiting for people to return LATE. Should give a refund. If you tell people to return by a certain time to keep the tour on time they should. He made a point to tell everyone SEVERAL times is they were not back at designated time he would leave without them. Yet when it occurred he didn't do so. At EVERY stop, same people!

Bus driver didn't give his name but he was an absolute hoot with a great sense of humor and knowledgeable about the area, the areas we passed through, and the pub we stopped at. If I ever knew that he was doing this tour again, I would take it.

It was an awesome Trip, nice Busdriver and Guide! Cliffs of Moher was amazing - we had good weather. The view was great! And Galway is a very nice little town with a wonderful cathedral. Lots of Busdriving but it’s worth it. Good timing for every location.

Although the weather was not great, this was an unforgettable experience. Our driver Kevin was swift, kind, informative and respectful. I wish we had a little bit more time to explore each place but I understand there's only so much time in a day plus travel time. Each spot was gorgeous views, even with the grey weather. Well worth it! Definitely bring quality waterproof footwear and outerwear!

Derek was great! The entire experience was amazing and so easy. I would recommend doing this if you're staying in Dublin so you don't have to do the driving through the narrow streets. We had a smaller bus and the seats get a bit cramped so bring as little as you can. Derek made sure to stop plenty of times but make sure you take advantage of the restroom breaks. It's not too far of a drive so enjoy the scenery!

We had a great day on this trip to the Cliffs and Galway. Kevin was our driver and gave us a great commentary from Dublin throughout our return. He displayed great knowledge of the history of the areas we passed through and visited. For early March, we had fairly good weather, overcast but no rain. It was well worth the trip to experience such a beautiful part of Ireland.
