Great tour with Mateo

We had an incredible day! Mateo was an extremely friendly and personable guide who made an effort to connect with us on a personal level and made my family feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed. He exceeded our expectations; he not only shared his extensive knowledge of the region and its history along the ride and while in Cinque Terre and Pisa, he also facilitated our entire tour by purchasing tickets, communicating unanticipated train delays, navigating the crowds, and reserving lunch. We would highly recommend this tour with Mateo and on our next trip, we will absolutely request him as our guide.

This was a perfect small group (6 person) tour of Cinque Terre and Pisa. Our Driver and guide for the day, Daniel, was very knowledgeable and share some great information and details about everything we saw. This is a Must-Do Day Excursion from Florence!
